Clean & Dry Carpet Cleaning

damage and requested their insurance details to make a claim. They did not provide the insurance details, leading us to suspect they may not have had insurance. Unfortunately, our own insurance did not cover damage from portable water devices.

After multiple emails, Clean & Dry agreed only to replace the specific damaged boards and they requested we find out the product number for them (we had to do the leg work!). The flooring supplier confirmed that the specific laminate was discontinued so we advised Clean & Dry that new laminate flooring was required, and that, as per advice received from three reputable flooring suppliers, replacing only a few boards would damage the entire flooring. We also informed them that as the laminate flooring in the hallway flowed through to the living, kitchen and dining areas that those areas would also need to be replaced. Clean & Dry declined to replace the whole area and suggested using boards from another room instead, which we found unacceptable as there were no hidden areas in the other rooms. To be nice, we offered them to replace the hallway only and we would cover the cost for the remainder – but still they refused.

Following months of communication without prompt response or resolution, we filed a complaint through the WA government conciliation process, which proved ineffective. Clean & Dry informed conciliation that they had located the exact laminate boards for replacement; however, this was inaccurate based on previous information from three reputable flooring suppliers. We believed the boards may have been similar but not exact, and did not want to risk further damage. Due to the length of time in resolving this matter, we decided to replace the entire affected area ourselves at a huge cost and are now considering legal action against Clean & Dry Carpet Cleaning to recover these expenses.

On another note, the actual carpet cleaning service we had done left the carpets stiff and there were areas that still appeared dirty on the stairwell. We never complained about that at the time as the damage to our laminate was more important and has been very very stressful.

unfortunately made messes throughout the house and this machine surprisingly cleaned up so well that the patchy stains are gone. The photos show how much dirty water is extracted and also the before and after cleaning.

It comes with a 3 year warranty and you also get a couple of small tools for spot cleaning, upholstery or inside your car.

Only regret I have is not buying this machine much sooner and saved myself hundreds of dollars in professional carpet cleaning that don't give better results. Considering my recent quotes from $310 to $420 for my 4 bedroom house and 2 floor rugs, buying this machine is a no brainer. Highly recommend it.

even clean our carpets. We have had 2 other companies come in and tell us the same thing. When we first rang the woman wouldn’t let us get word in edge wise. As soon as we mentioned Peppermint Grove she was “oh we do that suburb all the time- don’t you worry we have amazing reviews.”

They decided last minute their quote was wrong and charged us more, so did the cleaning lady “she recommended.” $750 more.

They are now refusing to come and reclean even though their policy states they will. I am speaking to consumer affairs as we speak and plan to make sure that none of the people I know, ever use this company. STAY AWAY!

Couch and Cushions still dirty after clean – Had these guys out today to clean upholstery. The Techs were great guys and have many years of service but sadly that doesnt always make for a good clean !!. there are still stains on Couch and cushions and also streak marks where they have gone over it with the cleaning nozzle. that the 2 Techs had just got back to the workplace, the guy on the phone convieniently put me on hold for about 3 minutes which i guess allowed them to get there stories correct. He also kept prompting them what to say as well. At the time of cleaning they mentioned my couch had "Yellowing" caused by sunlight, even though my couch is never in Direct Sunlight and the cushions are surrounded by other cushions so not possible. This strangely enough disappeared when he brushed it as it was just Dust !!. They told me over the phone that they didnt want to scrub too hard or use to much pressure on the fabric in case it ripped it but they used the higher pressure all over the couches and it didnt rip or tear !! He had an answer for everything and it became a conversation where you knew you were not going to get anywhere. I wasnt offered any sort of Fix for this issue but was told to come back in a couple of months and get it cleaned again. I am sure that if they had someone come to there house and not complete a job then they too would be a little disgruntled. All i want is for the job i paid well for to be done right. i paid $280 yet when i called in again for a quote for the same job i was quoted $190 !! How !! especially as they advertise that you get FREE treatments including the one they gave me. I have also emailed photos to the sales email address and waiting for a response but i guess that will come after the 48 hour window

Unprofessional & worst experience ever – Had the most unprofessional experience with this company CLEAN & DRY CARPET CLEANING also known as SUPADRY. They arrive at your place much later than the appointed time & rush through the job to finish it anyhow & in the rush they bump into things. they took a chunk out of the door & take no responsibility for it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Don't waste your money – We had our couch and chair cleaned - they did a poor job. Didn't clean under the couch cushions or between them and left dirt and dust and I could see the water line where they stopped. The chair was left with dirty stripes where they didn't clean along the seams. When I contacted them they were not interested in coming back despite the "100% customer satisfaction guarantee" on their website and finally just never called me back.

Disappointed – I had my carpets deep steam cleaned last Thursday and one room had a mold type (looked more like fungus) in patches. The very next day it had come back and has spread. I rang the company today but they have not offered too reclean or help. They told me to spray a mold spray and ask a carpet retailer what had caused it. As a pensioner who has paid a lot to get this treated, I am very disappointed in their service.

who came to clean our tiles/carpets were so efficient and professional - even dealt with my mum talking to them the whole time! When my mum relayed incorrect info about downstairs tiles in bathroom being done, they came back promptly the next day (and 1 within 1 hour of calling us!).

Grout was almost dark brown, had old red wine stains on white wool carpet - see photos of afterwards below!

Don’t expect clean or dry – Very poor service, friendly technician however left my couch with big stains that usually come out with other companies. Not interested when contacted if offering a solution just excuses. Left it very wet also.
