They were extremely responsive and knowledgeable throughout the process and answered all of my questions promptly. After 3 months I was asked some questions still they came my home and explained me perfectly. I they are caring there customer after installation as well.

This was supposed to be a smart investment in renewable energy, but instead, it feels like I’ve been scammed. The system broke down in less than three months, and I haven’t seen any of the promised benefits. I regret choosing this company and would strongly advise others to avoid them. There’s no way I would ever recommend them to anyone. Stay away unless you want to deal with poor customer service and faulty equipment.

Excellent company – Excellent company to deal with. Accessible by phone or email with no snags. I had a situation where my incoming voltage from the power company dropped and caused one of my inverters to shut down (as they are designed to do). Mark came out immediately, diagnosed the problem and notified the power company that they had a problem.

What set them apart was that Alex took the time to understand our needs and preferences, guiding us through options with and without batteries. Moreover, he conducted a comprehensive checklist to determine which appliances we deemed essential to be powered by the battery during blackouts – a level of attention and detail that no other company had provided.

The staff were very accommodating and helped me guide through the setup of mobile app to track my solar feeds.

Their after sales service is excellent too.... i had problems with the solar app due to change in my internet plan/provider and they helped me reset the app in the first call.

Wrong settings on inverter – Just found out wasn't their fault but fronuis themselves they had the wrong settings put on export 9 months not working correctly but has now been resolved after 9 months .

Solar installation – I bought 5KWH solar from this company in 2019 and paid in full straightaway not long after signed contract but more than 2 years they couldn't finish my solar installation until I took them to Customer Business Services. So so so frustrated. Not recommend any one to get involve this company. It is terrible!!!!!!

more or less book an install the moment after i gave them all the details needed for the installation.

Installation day: Two fellas in a van turned up knocked on the door and introduced themselves then got straight to work. One installing the panels on the roof the other attaching the inverter to the wall. They asked where exactly i wanted to put the inverter and offered some advice. After the install was complete he then showed me how to use the app on my phone so i could monitor everything.

Overall 10/10 satisfaction in everyway. Even after the installation was done Jimmy called to make sure i was happy and reinforced that i am a customer for life and if i needed anything solar related not to hesitate to call him.

Good service during installation – Every step of the way was easy and hassle free. Nothing was too hard for them to consider or do. I've been able to monitor the system from my computer. Even the installer was a delight to work with. Since then I've been able to monitor the system from my computer and I'm saving a ton of money. Would highly recommend.
