Did not do what was promised – Thought this was a reputable company especially from their contract. Cleaner didn't come a number of times. Gave them second and third chances to resolve this then they confirmed they had no-one that could clean during business hrs and voided contract... very disappointing. It was a 1hr clean per week
Disappointing, did not deliver services as agreed on – Very disappointing. Stuff got lost in first and second clean. Cleaning wasn't done properly. Came at 1 am in the morning faffing around not actually cleaning (video cameras through out). The cleaner they sent to us was untrustworthy for sure. Shame the company is not willing to find resolution. They will not pay for the lost items, insisting on full payment, holding our key ransom. Not impressed.
