advised van is apparently broken down. When I said this is the 3rd time you have rescheduled and each time it was a different excuse I was then told I was lying and this was my only appointment booked in. Keep clear of this company as they just lie to you constantly.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! – Abusive, incompetent, and unprofessional. This company was unprofessional from start to finish, resulting in a report to the police. Overcharged, ruined my carpets and threatened their customer.

Cancelled my service before they even came out – 10am: I unknowingly called and asked to book in same day service at 3pm for them to come and clean my couch. They did not give any answer to guarantee the quality of their service and thus I requested to cancel the appointment again. They refused to cancel repeatedly saying they had already paid the technician in advance to come out and would incur a $120 cancellation fee. However after checking on their website, there was a statement saying that you only have to provide at least 3 hours notice and there was no mention of any cancellation fee. I called back and told them of this terms and condition on their website and they finally agreed to cancel sending someone out. She then proceeded to sternly tell me “please make sure you check thoroughly before you book someone in for a service” and I replied with “oh yes I definitely will from now on, thank you”.

Clean Master please do not lie to your customers and if you want to become a reputable business you have to guarantee the quality of the service that you say that you will provide.

STAY AWAY – Absolute scammers. They ripped us off. They used unprofessional subcontractors wearing sandals who damaged the curtains instead of cleaning them. Multiple attempts to resolve was a waste of time and their complaints department are fake. STAY AWAY from these scammers

Do not use this company – This company not only does false advertising, but they rip you off from the beginning. I had their ‘Erina’ branch come to do my bathroom floor grout replacing. When they finally came, they said couldn’t do job till next day. Asked for $120 deposit. Have had nothing but lies since about why they can’t come back. This is the short version. I’m a pensioner, who had a severe anxiety attack when I realised I’d lost my $120. Disgusting company.

My fault for not reading these reviews – Left a small flood in my laundry. Carpets soggy. All stains still visible. But worst of all. “Zendesk” is the point of contact. A third party and probably international outsourced call centre company. I was quoted $260 for 3 small bedrooms. When they turned up they said the job would be $350 because of extra work on some stains (which are still there). I got ripped of for lack of due diligence.

Beware of using this company! – They are merely a booking agency and sent a company to my home called SK Cleaning Services who have very bad online reviews. Over the phone, CMS quoted $150 to $200 to clean two rooms and one set of carpeted stairs. Horrible cleaning service, do not use – Absolutely horrible cleaning service. I got overcharged $200 for a service that they did a horrible job at. They left the house messier than it was when he got there. He completely trashed my bathroom, clogged up my toilet, left water all over my floors, left water on my counters, and made a huge mess in my shower. The guy also spent 90% of the time on his phone. Worst cleaning company I've ever seen. Do not use.

Also I had to provide a bucket, and empty some of the waste water, why did I pay them.

Horrible Customer Service – Got an email quote and was told they could repair and replace my carpet from my wardrobe. On inspection stated that they would not be able to replace the carpet in the wardrobe, meaning I would have to fix it myself. $120 call out fee for something the could have communicated online. The owner has no idea how to run a business and I would take your business elsewhere. Bunch of scammers. 0/10 DO NOT USE

did not have one, professional I don’t think. Once we told him we were only paying the quoted price he spent a total of 30 mins, cleaning only the top of the cushions. As the cushions were wet we didn’t notice what wasn’t done till they dried. He was going to charge an extra 10% if we paid by card, paid cash and still have not received a invoice or receipt for money paid. Stay away from this company, not trustworthy.
