Never use hands on cleaning service owner lady name rossie – Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, offensive and all variety of bad manners I received from the managers of this company. I have never had the experience of ta professional yelling at me and talking to me in such a rude way. This is unacceptable. Horrible experience.

Do not use Hands on Cleaning – They spoke convincingly about guaranteed service for $280 for a end of lease cleaning. But when they turned up on the day, they increased it to $340, telling me the service was guaranteed, and they would also follow up if the real estate agent was not satisfied with the cleaning. However, when the agent requested disputed the cleanliness, the cleaners did a runner. premium price but not able to deliver, empty promises about guaranteed work

Never showed on the day, no calls & no contact afterwards - end of lease house cleaning – I used the online quote & had a quote of $220 for my small unit end of lease clean including oven, internal windows & steam carpet cleaning. Called Peter Collins who confirmed my booking for the Saturday at 10am, asked if they could call me before they were due to arrive as I would be at the new place unpacking - agreed. Saturday at 9.45am I began to worry as I hadn't heard anything, called the mobile number given to me - no answer. Called the main number - no answer. Called both several times between 9.45am - 11am. Finally started calling other companies to try and get someone out as my lease was ending that day!!

I still haven't heard anything from the company about why they didn't show up or an apology. They also seem to trade as 'your-cleaners-sydney', 'ecocleaner' & 'Cleaner Sydney Solutions'.

I write this review, and will be copying it to as many places I can find, as I did a search after they didn't show up & could find nothing. Hopefully people will not be burned by these guys. seemed cheap, quote & booking was simple enough didn't show up for booking, uncontactable, no response after about why
