worst service – when first signed up all was great, very responsive service, very quick to resolve issues. since being purchased by australia broadband everything has gone pear shaped. I signed up with a static ip address which eventually went to dynamic - 3 Times! despite me calling them they constantly kept telling me it would stay static. last straw was when i… Read more

called for the 3rd time for this problem and they told me it would be addressed on monday, it wasnt, then i called monday and they told me it would be 2 business days for them to look at it. got really annoyed when they started asking me stupid irrelevant questions like what applications the problem was affecting when the issue was clear cut. for an extra $10 per month i switched to another provider who had me connected within 3hrs. would highly NOT recommend clickbroadband

One of the worst providers out – Australia Broadband/Click Broadband are absolutely the worst never go through them guys, they don't care about customer care or getting on with anything, they take forever to get back to you and won't send a technician if it's needed.... Be careful when choosing a provider ppl this has been a really bad experience.... All that was needed was… Read more

technician to come to the address and fix the line so that there wasn't a red optical light on the fttp box. Waited almost 2 weeks just to get told I'd have to wait another 5 days worth

So glad I didn't sign up! – I was a yet-to-be customer because their NBN100 pricing was on the lower end. However, upon contacting to get more information regarding connection speed, given how it was the main complaint here on Product Review, I was utterly disappointed. I asked their "typical evening speed" to which they replied "40mbps is the number NBNCo provided us".… Read more

That's like paying for a decent NBN50 plan at an NBN100 price, which is a huge rip off. And yes, I did made sure that the salesperson did not misunderstood it as a minimum speed.

After awhile, realising what a "typical evening speed" (only because I gave the him a link to speed provided by other ISPs), I was told that they don't provide typical evening speed. By not providing a it, they are clearly not confident enough with their own connection speed.

And to make sure I don't base my decision to not go with them because of one salesperson, I contacted them two more times on separate occasion. The result is same. Their favorite go-to phrase for not providing the typical speed is "we can't guarantee our speed...etc".

I guess you get what you pay for. So glad I did not sign up with them.

Best service for Gaming/Static IP Speed results from DSL report – This is best reliable service, where I live NBN is recent and other service providers limit is to 50/20 tier and even who offer limits it to 100 Mbps their max is 80 Mbps but u never get 80 it limits it to about 40 to 60 average. If your a gamer consider this service, also being the cheapest. Show details ·  1

Avoid Click - In my opinion they're rubbish – I’d like to take this opportunity to express my disappointment in my dealings with click broadband. Their service offering, in my opinion, is based on an inherently dishonest operating model, simply acting as a selling agent under a pseudo-brand. This company, from the outset, over-promised, under-delivered and fell way short of an even… Read more

‘reasonable’ level of service.

Their customer service is nothing short of appalling, in that, the staff that I have dealt with have been unhelpful (due to lack of training and resources in my opinion,) and their technical support is utterly dismal, again, probably due to poor training and resources availability.

As their first ever fttc customer, I’m sad that the reason I have left the company was through utter frustration at their contact centre’s constant ineptitude, low bandwidth, sketchy connectivity, packet-loss, service drop-outs and what I consider as a total disregard for their customers.

Their advertised ‘low prices’, in my opinion, are just a con to suck people in.

Again, I state that the reason I left their company was through frustration trying to get their useless service to work and then finally giving up. I’m disappointed that I paid so much and put up with it for so long.

Very poor – 9 months of very poor speed / ping / packet loss with Click - just appalling. Really really bad. Inconsistent. Rang them - they pretended there was something wrong with my connection. One to raise with ACCC / Choice etc. Swapped to Aussie Broadband last month. for $10 more you get proper speed / ping/ packer loss etc. My son is a semi-pro… Read more

gamer but doesnt matter. Click has no capacity. He ended up having to play thru his phone cause of Click. I didnt realise there was such a difference between NBN providers and bought on price. Click is nothing. Stick to one of the majors. Really bad.

Not recommended – Terrible service. Every time service went out (every 2 months), had to wait 3-5 days for technician to come and fix the line. They offered no compensation for days of not having internet. Speeds would reach maximums of 75 despite paying for 100, but frequented and average of 40-50. Simply the worst experience I've had with an internet service. Show details

Speeds are at total lie / too much contention – Customer of Click for 6 months, speed tests all over the place, random buffering, friends who visit commented on crap speed. No how to guides on how to setup your router or VOIP, and everything requires calling customer service and then waiting for a tech (who try their best). Switched to Aussie broadband, now speeds (80-95Mbp/s on NBN100 )now as advertised on exactly the same networking equipment / router etc. and same address. Show details

"We can't guarantee our speeds." – "We can't guarantee our speeds." was their response when I complained I'd been getting 35-60Mbps but paying for 100Mbps. The only time I got close to 100 (97 wireless, 95 wired) was after making numerous complaints, and it dropped again the next day. Don't trust them, they don't provide the service they claim, and their customer service leaves a… Read more
