Almost a 5!
Was so excited waiting for my cloud nine to arrive..On arrival couldn't wait to use it, I have to say it has fulfilled all my expectations.
Glides through my hair and unlike most hair straightener I only had to have the temperature on 170 instead of normal 200 degrees..
So Happy, only thing that didn't make it 5 for me was the off an on button an all round felt a little tinny l
But all round I give a 4 with a smile.. Show details

Glides through my unruly thick hair creating new life with shine, and style without too much effort. Beautiful natural waves with a twist or turn. Show detailsMakes hair frizzy not straight
I bought this for $265 and my money was totally wasted on this cheap , crap product they have designed. It doesn't straighten hair , it does make hair coarse and frizzy. Show detailsGreat straightener but doesn’t last
I bought my first cloud nine wide iron in 2020 after being recommended by a hairdresser. I was great, perfect for my thick long hair which I straighten almost every day. Until a year later when it wouldn’t heat. Sent back and got a replacement one although I needed to purchase a new one while I was waiting. Gave the replacement to my daughter and Carrie’s on with the new one I purchased. And lo and behold it blew up and started to continuously beep. I’ve just sent that one back after two years of owning it. Just received an email stating that a... Read morenother replacement is on its way BUT will only hold the current warranty period. So 1 year!! I’m not impressed with this at all. I won’t be buying another once this one dies. I’m not one to make reviews but I’m disappointed in this outcome.Good straightener but don’t expect it to last
This straightener is fantastic, it did such a great job of straightening my thick hair with ease. Unfortunately after only 2 years it has suddenly died. Show detailsPerfect !!!
Several years ago I had a Cloud 9 standard iron and loved it but when it died after many years I decided to get one of the new Dyson Corrale which I kept for a year even though I hated it.I sold the Dyson and decided on the Cloud 9 wide iron after much research. I don’t have thick hair, my hair fine but I have a ton of it and it is frizzy.
This is perfect for my hair, straightens it with one run over - learnt my lesson and will not stray from Cloud 9 again Show details
Amazing straightener for thick hair
I have long, thick, curly and frizzy hair so bought the Cloud Nine Wide Iron hoping to tame my hair. It it honestly amazing and produces such a sleek finish which I am definitely not used to. My hair tends to revert back to a slight frizzy wave after a few hours, but with the Wide Iron it keeps the frizz and curl at bay. Show detailsVery dissapointed hairdresser!

I still have my green ghd from when I started my career, 13 years it's lasted! Show details
Cloud Nine straightener
The cloud nine straighteners has a lot to be desired, this is my fourth and after two years there is always something wrong with them, terrible product, waste of money spending $1320 on 4 straighteners is ridiculous Show detailsCurly hair be gone
Love these straighteners , I have thick curly hair past my shoulders and use to struggle with my VS straighteners to get my hair done in less than 45 minutes with a temp of 180+ , with my new ( now 6 months old ) Clouds it takes me 30 minutes at 150 degrees and my hair is straight , shiny and amazing .. they give me a salon look but all done in the comfort of my bathroom in my slippers with a coffee at hand , highly recommend to any lady with unruly think curly hair Show detailsGreat!!!

I love this product! It is absolutely amazing! Compared to a lot of other straighteners my friends, family and I all go back to using my cloud nine original wide iron because it of the heat levels, the comfort in your hands, the width and quality making it easy as you dont need to go over your hair numerous time to get a straight price of hair! With this product your hair will be dead straight and shiny rather than a bit straight with frizz like others I have tried in the past. This flat iron by far is my favourite and I would recommend any day of the year! Show detailsLove it

Hi! My wide iron straightener doesn’t show green lights. Just white lights!
Is it suppose to show green light ?cause, mine only shows white too!
In the instruction, it indicated that the lights will flash ‘green’. Mine only flashes white but I assume it should be fine cuz mine is working.

y! I would take it back to where you bought it and see if it still under warranty! I am sorry I cannot be more helpful SallyanneHi Dawn, mine has never done this, so I haven't an answer for you. I would maybe try pushing the Hi/Lo button. But I think it best to return and ask the supplier. Sorry I am not more helpful. Good luck with this.
