WARNING DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They seem to drop ship received my cardigan jacket ordered 1 size up still didn't fit plus quality of product is so poor it wouldn't even keep you warm if it would even fit. Have tried to get in contact with them with email for return no joy.
Do not use. Won't give refund after product was returned. Very hard to deal with. They take your money.

free" returns, as quoted on their website, will mean lots of emails, where they try to convince you to keep the item and buy another at reduced price. Eventually, the return address will be in China. Postage will be at our expense and economically unviable.
DO NOT buy anything from CocoSydney. It's an elaborate SCAM. The 4.7 rating it claims it gets is likely a fabrication or is from customers who have just ordered and so they can't actually review the product. They ask you to rate once your order is placed and then entice you to do this wth the offer you a 50% discount off other items. But the quality is garbage, nothing like the great photos. Very “low-rent” drop shippers masquerading as a bona-fide online Australian retailer. sizing that does not match Australian standards by a long way. If you buy from this site prepare for disappointment with the product and frustration at trying to get them to honour the refund policy. My advice – AVOID Coco & Sydney AT ALL COSTS!
Stay away from this dodgy company. Worst quality ever. They use fake photos of items that are not real and send clothing I wouldn't dress my worst enemy. They lie about 30 day refunds. I wish i had read the reviews before I purchased anything from this site.... absolutely horrendous. Appalling copy of the product listing. when I tried it on, the ‘bling’ decoration on the dress almost cut my skin to pieces. The make of the dress was also so poor it felt like it would fall apart if worn form more than a hour. The dress image advertised a full shirt of feathers. What turned up was a dress with 7 clumps of feathers stuck in a few spots on the front of the dress skirt. There was also no tags on the dress at all. I contacted the company who only offered a 10% refund- said it was ‘personal preference’ that I didn’t like the item!!! Then when I refused this offer, they offered me a 15% refund and keep the dress, or receive a full refund if I paid to send it back to China (yes, China, even thought they advertise being Adelaide or Sydney based) and also cover additional costs for them to accept the item back after inspection!!!! Financially, that wasn’t worth it and I assume that these type of situations are what keeps this company going! Stay away from this company
Ordered some jackets and the quality and sizing were very poor. I requested a refund and now they are refusing despite what their policy states. Emails back and forth then offered 50% in good will! Now offering an exchange (which their policy states they don’t do!) or store credit (thank you but no thank you). Appalling service and below average products. Definitely not Australian. company ignored Australian Consumer Law (ACL). They offered only "store credit" or a replacement, and insisted I pay for international shipping to a warehouse in Ningbo, China—despite the website appearing to be an Australian-based business.
