They took my money last December and kept saying the product was delayed. Now they aren’t responding at all and won’t give the money back. They aren’t responding stealing people money. Do not purchase from them. They will be closed down

Don’t deal with this company - I ordered a fridge in December and it’s now June and I don’t have it. Every time I enquire as to where it is I get a message that the ship is about to dock / it’s 2 weeks away - but it is all lies. Still don’t have the fridge - am now on a mission to get the company shut down

In frustration when you request a refund they most likely will advise that their Credit Card Gateway has changed, they no longer have access to that dashboard and they are unable to provide a refund, so to arrange a charge back with your own bank. The older sounding dude that you might get on the phone, always claims he is in the warehouse and you can't speak to anyone else at the time, he tells you someone will call you back but I am still waiting. WARNING! DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE BUYING FROM AN UNKNOWN, ONLINE COMPANY! YOU COULD BE SCAMMED!!

your bank a charge back as we recently changed our Credit Card Gateway so we no longer have access to that dashboard to do the refund for you'

Do not buy anything from this guy, he takes your money, never delivers and then comes up with any excuse under the sun to not give you your money back! Smooth talker and that’s about it!

ship on the day they promised I was just given a new date. They won't answer the phone and email responses are just boilerplate copy stating a 'new dispatch date'. Finally I cancelled my order and asked for a full refund. They agreed but didn't give the refund and kept the money. If you want your money back you need to initiate a Chargeback with your bank (make sure you keep records of all communications with them incl phone calls). Don't say you weren't warned.

Were continuing to buy from Coffee Beanery ,we always have excellent service and the orders are all delivered in a timely manner. Theres many Fake Reviews Online which are obviously placed by competitors, just unbelievably behaviour.

me that the machine had actually come off sale but due to it still being advertised at the sale price he would honour that price if I could transfer the funds that day via bank transfer (i.e. I could not transact with Afterpay). He sent me an invoice via email with a link to the invoice itself; in the same way other reputable service/retailer providers have done in the past, so no suspicions raised. I transferred $2000. He asked if I could provide a Perth address to save on postage, as I live in regional WA. I have friends in Perth and so was able to accommodate that request. Since 20 March I started receiving emails stating it is on its way / promises it will be sent but he refused to send tracking info or an order number. I then researched reviews for this company on this product review website. I was alarmed to see other reports of similar. No one is answering or returning my phone calls or emails now. I have asked for a refund and still no reply. I have looked up the ABN and found that it was first registered in Sept 2024 in NSW and then changed address to QLD in April 2025. Both CoffeeBeanery and CMB&S have same ABN. I have reported to Scamwatch, NSW Fair Trading, my bank and the police. Someone needs to stop these criminals. I have recently taken this case to NCAT and I encourage anyone else who has been scammed to do the same.

BE WARNED! TOTAL SCAM!!!! Paid $7300 for a coffee machine we never received… this man should be locked up for ripping people off… sells products from one company and gives you a receipt from another which is named very similar. NOT HAPPY!!!

BEWARE SCAM SCAM SCAM – Ordered a fridge online & paid with credit card in November 24. Was advised on an online chat that it was in stock & would be delivered in 5-7 days. After I enquired as to it's whereabouts I received several emails telling me it was held up on the docks, stuck in customs, etc. Requested a refund in January 25 and have been told several times that it's being processed. Absolute scammers, do not buy from this business.

Do Not Order from Coffee Beanery – No delivery to date. Ordered in MayCoffee machine never delivered to date. Continued reasons. Hoping they will repay. I have bills to pay. Disappointing . I've received notification today that they will refund. 15 December 2024 No refund Yet.

Order never received – I ordered and paid for an outdoor bar fridge and have to date never received it. I keep getting told 7 to 10 working days... that was 5 months ago
