Great after sale service on used cars.
My wife and I purchased a car from Col Crawford’s that was over 10 years old so by law had no warranty. The car looked great and drove well so we bought it. We found a problem soon after on our way home that only appeared on cold start so everyone had missed it. We rang the dealership and not only did they give us some options, but after our local mechanics couldn’t fix the problem we were asked to return it. Not only did they not hesitate to make things right but they loaned us a nice car while the expensive repair was made. Our car drives like new now and we can’t recommend this dealership more highly. A great Aussie team with tons of integrity. I highly recommend buying a new or used car from them.

Think twice before you go to them
Update from 5*review to 1*:
The car worked for 2 days, old problem with loosing power up hills wasn't fixed unfortunately.
Instead of that a new transmission problem appeared, after an oil change in transmission and transmission system update was carried by Col Crawford Brookvale.
I took the car back, with a clear message "my transmission is shaking, shuddering" *there was no transmission problem before their updated and oil change.
Mechanic checked the car, didn't find anything. When the issue got worse, I asked to check the car again. It took them 3 weeks to take it in due to covid. I understand that, tough times for everyone with sick staff.

Expect a lot with Kia Seltos SUV
I have always bought another brand of car but my curiosity was piqued when my mechanic raved about Kia. I love my Kia Seltos it’s so spacious and comes with all the bells and whistles, drives beautifully and reasonably priced. Shout out to Troy at Brookvale for great service and quick delivery.

They Have No Regard for Customers or the Law
We purchased a Land Rover Discovery Sport from Col Crawford for $35,000 in November 2021. We were assured by the sales person that, despite the car's lack of a service history, it had been looked over by their mechanic and was in good condition.
In December we started having issues with the car. The primary issues was it began to shake uncontrollably at speeds of 60km/hr and whenever we accelerated, thus making the car undriveable. We got it looked at by a mechanic and he identified a series of costly issues with the vehicle. Also, the car's w...
Read moreindshield leaked and the rear door leaked profusely. In addition, the car was missing a speaker in one of the door and another speaker had a cracked cone. This last issue was especially troubling as the stereo had been adjusted so we wouldn't notice the issues with it. After trying for a few days to call and get a hold of the appropriate person to raise our issues with (the car was still covered by the dealership under consumer law), we were told to email the sales person who sold us the vehicle. We did this and were told by the sales person to take the car to the Land Rover dealership here in the Hunter to have it looked at and this would be done at Col Crawford's expense. We had to take a day off from work in order to do this and we had to cover the $594 cost of the inspection only to be given a report of the costly things that were wrong. We sent the report from Land Rover to the sales person who then responded telling us we had to contact the service manager. We emailed the service manager letting him know the issues and that we would not be able to drive the car back to Sydney. He responded asking us to drive the car to Sydney. We had this exchange three times before he read the email all the way through and understood we could not drive the car to Sydney. Dont go here. Lots of 1 star reviews for a reason
Businesses like these make other business shine. After submitting a major complaint to the owner and service management and receiving no reply its clear this business does not have its clients best interest first. Significant damage was done to my BMW X5m after their dodgy car wash practices. They broke off parts and cut deep abrasions into the cars pristine black duco. Fantastic experience

My current purchase from Col Crawford Brookvale is the second Hyundai I have purchased from them. I am unable to fault the buying process - the whole process is professional and underpinned with an authenticity not often seen in the car sales business. Both Gary and Joshua are fabulous individuals who go out of their way to please - very customer focused. Would not hesitate to recommend the Hyundai team at Col Crawford Brookvale.

Used car purchase felt like buying brand new car
Excellent and seamless was what it felt like to buy a used car and also trade in my vehicle with Crawford bmw. Shameful
I dropped my bmw for service . The service manager took me over to new car sales and proceeded to tell the gentleman that I was interested in an x6 . He proceeded to tell the service manager ( pointing) their is on in the car park , never getting up from his seat or talking directly to me . I guess he was busy ringing up potential customers?? hmm , I’m one and I’m standing in your showroom !

Never Again.
Never again. You would have far more luck (& assistance) buying a car from Ronnie Biggs! The whole experience was a nightmare ... probably the worst I have experienced from any 'commercial retailer' ever.
