Bad after purchase service
Bought my Hyundai in for a service. They did a bad job. They gave me a survey to fill out and on it it says, if you give a score of less than 9 then they consider it a fail on their part. I gave a score much lower than 9 and gave a detailed description of all the things wrong they did. I never got a call back apologizing or just to talk about it. I will never buy another car or get my car services from these guys again. It seems like they just do not care!
Terrific sales person but crappy paint protection
Hi I am a senior citizen 67 to be precise I bought a car from your showroom you asked me to have paint protection and window tinting ... Shame shame shame on your quality of work this would be my third time to come to see you to pick up my car that I have paid you in full.
The spare tire would not pass RTA inspection and you sneaked it in the boot.
I have been told this is a family business I’ve been told the car has done 10km.
I really want to know has Col Crawford put money first and Australian senior-citizen’s last???

Great vehicle and professional service
The BMW X5 is an exceptional motor car.
Jamil and David we very courteous and professional. Most importantly they listened and actively addressed our concerns working as a team during our visit and while on a test drive. As a result this was a very fuild and easy purchasing decision.
Very uncompetitive, go elsewhere
Took the car in for a trade-in valuation on an i30, was $6,250 lower than the next quote.
Told them that the offer was dismal and they made vague noises about oh well lets see what we can do.
Took them exactly another week to come back and improve by $700 which was laughable.
Go elsewhere, in my experience you will not get a fair deal.
Just bought my new car from Col Crawford. Jamil and Aiden, helped me through the whole process. Two days after I chose my car I was driving it! I have already recommended Col Crawford to my friends.
Awesome buying & service experience
From the moment we walked into the dealership - so many brands to choose from... we were greeted with respect and listened to. We ended up buying a Holden Colorado with all the trimmings... and to top it off, our first service experience was just as great - highly recommended Col Crawfords.

Maybe time for a change....
Have been getting my car serviced there from new. Last scheduled service it came back with a high pitch squeal from a front wheel, a missing a wheel nut and one of the chrome wheel nuts replaced with an ordinary steel nut! Turns out they had bent the backing plate when checking the brakes. But it meant the inconvenience of taking it back a second time to get it repaired.
Next visit was to get my windscreen replaced under warranty after it cracked inside the glass. After waiting for a new windscreen to be sent to Australia, it was replaced. E...xcept the windscreen washers now didn't work and the microphone for the car's phone system which sits next to the top of the windscreen now didn't work. So booked back in again. No apology, no offer of a loan car. Having to take a car in for a service is inconvenient, but its part of owning a car. Taking it back a second time - twice - to get things fixed caused by their mechanics isn't good enough.
Dont trade a car there!
Offering 2K for mrs car, when there was a same one in the lot for 12k, same ks, mrs car was higher spec. Went there 2 years ago to trade my landcruiser for as Patrol, Offered me $3800!!!!, they had the same model In their used car section for 20k, same condition and km. Be careful you dont lose big $$$$ on a low trade in.
My son and I walked through all the showrooms for over an hour today, without a single salesperson offering a hello, let alone any service. The only person to acknowledge us was the receptionist at BMW. After saying we were happy to browse before asking questions, she promptly directed us to the second hand vehicles upstairs! Useless and judgmental whilst I was interested in a new 2 series.
Staff were available and clearly watching us. So their sexist, ageist and prejudiced presumptions cost them an easy sale today. Shame on you.

honest, reliable servicing
Col Crawford have been servicing both my BMWs for many years and the servicing has been excellent. I know a reasonable amount about my cars' from a mechanical perspective and the team are always open to discuss issues which maintains my confidence in the work completed.
I've only had one incident where my car was backed into in the car park when left overnight and they rang me straight away, organised repairs (new rear bumper and some panel work), and gave me loan car whilst repairs were completed by McCreath Prestige. I'm sure some compan...ies would hope you just drove off without noticing. I've used McCreath for several repairs and they have a top reputation for quality, you'll see some pretty exclusive cars entrusted with them so Crawford's didn't cut corners on the repairs.
Too many young kids employed in the service centre who are careless with handling of cars. I took my car in for a service and came out with 2 large scratches on both sides of the car which the service centre denied was their fault and would not repair them. I would never go there again or recommend to anyone.
Scheduled car service
I decided to get my car serviced close to work so I would not be without a car, booking online was straightforward enough and confirmed the day and location of my service. On arrival in the morning I found that the centre was crowded with a number people dropping off vehicles which was quite confused and not many places to leave the car, Eventually when I left the car I had no idea what to do so went across to the customer lounge to find some help but nobody was available their either, a few minutes later I noticed someone looking at the car an...d asked them to help upon which time the service adviser was very helpful confirming everything including that I was booked for the wrong scheduled service, once this was cleared up I left the car. Later on in the day I found out that parts had to be ordered to fix a known problem I had with the brakes and was advised that the parts would not arrive until the following day so decided to leave the vehicle , unfortunately the parts did not arrive until the afternoon the following day and the service adviser kept me informed but picking up the car so late in the day was not an option as I had received a lift from a work colleague. I picked up the car the next day and received an exterior wash and full report of what had been carried out. I now feel allot safer not that everything was fixed and the service was completed better than I had received from other mechanics. Aside from the booking mix up and actually leaving the car I was happy enough with the service booking availability, customer lounge option and close to work initial drop off confusion
