Helpful Installers for the shed – I purchased the garden shed on behalf of the strata. Unfortunately, the floor area was less than the size of the shed but the person who organised the floor said that the shed installers were really helpful and sorted out the situation. The quality of the shed material looks good too. Also appreciated the help I received when I was making enquiries at the time of ordering the shed. All in all, I would very much recommend Col Western Sheds.

Perfect size shed for my back yard – Being my first shed, I found not many shed suppliers were willing to customise their sheds for my specific requirements. the first place and they couldn't install it as the ordered pool filter cover cant be installed due to a downpipe in its way. They are not doing anything for free, we have paid for each and everything and they could show some real decency to customers.

Also, these were the questions they should ask before taking an order, as a newbie, we would be assuming they can take care of these adjustments during the install time.

And finally, they left the pool filter cover at my house. Now their boss called me to understand the situation and told, he will fix the issue by sending the team to custom measure the requirements and adjust the invoice accordingly adjusting the old filter cover price.

The pool filter cover is still sitting at my place due to the 3 weeks shutdown break.

The delivery guys came and measured the new requirements and said, they cannot take the equipment back because its second hand and they cannot sell it.

How on earth, it became second hand, when it is untouched and lying in the same place as where they left. On top, its the standard measurement pool filter which can be resold.

Now, this is called CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Unreliable – This company came to my house in May 2020 to provide a measure & quote. The guy told me I would have the quote by the end of the week. I never heard from him again. Decent shed. Had a few hiccups along the way – Had shed installed. The Gable was sagging and there was a spray paint touch up on one of the doors, the doors weren't the same size as was ordered and were in the wrong position, however I was happy to leave it like that. The shed was ordered with the steel Frame and doors, the main reason I ordered this was for security, however the hinges and hasp lock were only tek screwed inin. I then went ahead and pop riveted all of the fittings in as tek screws are very easily removed by a theif. Overall decent experience, overall decent shed.

Excellent service – From order to finish the process was seamless. Also had them do the install - well worth the extra as it was done in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend.

So thrilled with our new shed! – Excellent communication throughout the process and the product was exactly what I asked for. It was installed when they said it would. The men who did it were so well mannered and helpful with how to seal the bottom of the shed. I highly recommend dealing with this company and will use them in the future.

to the production was less than a week. Darren was very nice and was great in organizing installation around the rains we've had here in Sydney. The guys who came to install the shed were later than expected though very professional and worked to put up the shed despite it beginning to rain while they were here.

The sky light panel gives the shed more than enough light needed to see well inside, and the shed is water tight, not a single leak to be seen!

sheds before buying and believe this to be the best quality and simplest to erect although not the cheapest.

Great product – Got a custom made size. The guys and girls were good to deal with and checked sizing a few times for accuracy. Delivered when they estimated to the day. Easy to DIY install but would have liked a bit more info on the instructions for best practice on corner fittings. Overall pretty happy with the product.

Awesome shed – From the initial consult with Barb, who was amazing, to the installation everything went according to plan, including time and date. Barb is extremely good at her job with her knowledge and excellent customer service skills. The installers were professional and hard workers. Only small issue is that they no longer do the coloured trim, but still happy with final purchase. Would highly recommend
