Quick and Easy – It was easy to navigate and Rate was reasonable compared to others I checked out. This is my second time to buy it but as yet have not made any claims. I am a Pensioner so price and pre-existing illnesses was a major factor for me. Hopefully I won’t need to claim but feel comfortable that they will cover any health issues that may arise while travelling. Show details

Good experience – We have just taken out annual insurance for the third year, this year we had a claim and it was handled as good as you could expect for an insurance company, if we are traveling through the year next year we will be taken out insurance with them again. Show details

We always end up using Columbus – Like most people when we travel we do our homework on insurance. Even when other companies offer "specials" they still don't beat Columbus for value and protection. I feel confident that Columbus will be there when I need them, even though I have never had to claim. Review – I believe I acted too hastily and in hindsight consider the price was higher than the competition. The extra cost for disclosing a diabetic problem pushed the cost far higher than I expected. I will be more prudent next time.  Show details

Easy and Affordable – Selecting the policy and paying for it was easy - but, as with all things, the proof will be if and when we need to make a claim. Hope it doesn't come to that. I've been burned by insurance companies before (not travel insurance), so I am wary.
