Unresponsive. Stores and even managers do not bother to respond

We were at the Cockburn ComfortStyle shop today and we dealt with Danielle. She was just lovely - took the time to show us the furniture and we never felt rushed or pressured. Nothing was too much of a bother for her. We need more salespeople like her.

Best Customer Service Ever! – Had the most beautiful experience at our local Kalgoorlie store. My mum has been having a lot of health issues, falls etc. Went and saw Chris and she seriously went above and beyond to help my mum. Looks good. Absolute rubbish – Bought expensive dining suite and lounge just on 5 years ago for my city unit. As I farm in the country the furniture has had virtually no use. The dining chairs were supposedly vinyl but it's like a spray on finish that without being touched is literally disintegrating. material but now it's literally turning to powder and dropping off in large chunks that stain the floor and tiles and are difficult to clean up. When I bought. Them I checked where they were made and it said Malaysia so I thought might be reasonable quality but they are rubbish. Avoid buying from this mob if you want furniture that looks good but will disintegrate before your eyes after a couple of years

Good Shopping Experience – We came to the Mandurah store on a Sunday and was immediately welcomed by Trudy the sales lady. We were given all the information we required before our purchase and once we decided on the recliner that we wanted it was ordered and paid for and a delivery was arranged for two days later. Terrible product and service – Bought an evolution bed. Obviously designed by someone unqualified. Have had legs replaced 3 times, bed has been held by a pile of books since purchasing. Have emailed twice enquiring on warranty and no reply, (would prefer to keep in writing). There is No competition in kalgoorlie so they aren't bothered. Excellent service Malaga store – My partner and I only went in to browse but once we had a look and lay down on the zeek mattress the lovely lady (sorry can’t remember her name) explained all the features and we were hooked. Won't buy there – My daughter brought a bed frame from here, worth near $1,000. We were promised 4 times of arrival dates to each time be disappointed of arrival time not fulfilled. they said it was due to covid, but don't promise something you can't fulfil. Geraldton Store – Have been into the Geraldton Store on several occasions and have always been greeted warmly, given great service. Purchased exactly what I wanted. Delivery service was awesome. I had to assemble myself, which I managed but putting the wheels on was difficult as there was no predrilled holes but I got there in the end. Overall the Geraldton store is awesome. Show details

Delivery guys – Brought a new bed from mandurah .comfort style wasn't happy with delivery guys they had to take it up stairs. and quite rough broke a bowl dumped it and left I was left on my own setting it up think they could be a bit more helpful Show details

Not Satisfactory- after sell service – Store manager doesn’t want to listen and cooperate when time comes to claim extended warranty. Price for extended warranty paid to Comfortstyle, however they say that is not their responsibility to deal with product fault claim!! Show details

Find just what I was looking for – Visited the Cockburn store looking for a basic queen bed . Found exactly what I was after and with John’s help negotiated a very good deal. I am a happy customer

Cockburn Store , amazing service – Called in browsing and the salesman John was super helpful he offered us such a great deal , we purchased a new sofa bed on the spot. They will hold till May (so handy as we are building) got a free lamp table thrown in and they deliver. What more could you want. Great range of products to chose from and great prices. Highly recommend this store.

Extremely helpful and friendly service – It was easy to find what we wanted in the store. The range offered was rough without being overwhelming. Very good quality product for the price. No assembly required for the item we bought.
