Beyond disappointing, crap service
Why bother supporting qld owned and operated when their service is so crap! 0 stars for service. Initial 3 month wait for “sale” items turned into 6 months, from India. Sale seems to go on for many many months - not a genuine sale.
Emailed store - no response.
Then called and left a voice message a week later - no response. Chasing an update at 4 months.
Finally got onto them and got informed that the pickup location was NOT at the store. Aka 2 hr round trip. Staff can’t help to lift anything, which I understand, but an no point does this company give good service other than when they take your money. Definitely wouldn’t shop there again @ browns plains store or eureka in general.
My husband and I are exceptionally happy with the service at Carindale Eureka St Westfield. Liberty Lounge, Liberty Arm Chair, Single Pink Velvet Chair, Xmas Decorations. Delivery of above items, comfort, styling all suiting to our lifestyle. Thank you!

Hi The store at Mcgreggor was fantastic and the store salesperson Fiona was amazing. She helped us to no end and also friends of ours from Bowen. We are very happy.

Thank you for a great shopping experience. We came in for a browse before going to the Good Guys. I purchased 4 plates to go on plate stands on the walls in my kitchen dining area. I was spoilt for choice! The range of decorator items is extensive and displayed beautifully. Thank you for the 60% discount. After buying a kettle at the Good Guys, my daughter and I returned to purchase some Christmas decorations. Fiona was helpful and friendly both times. I look forward to visiting again. Fiona says she has stock to unpack. Fabulous!

Really bad customer service, promises but no delivery
The worst experience I have ever had in Australia, poor customer service, unreliable, more than 6 months delay and no one responded even an e-mail , promised well , delivery awfully
Never ever recommended, if your time and your money is precious to you never ever trust to Eurekastreet. Smiley face on the time you purchase but rude communication while you are following up after 6 months delay, very strange invoice , no refund , all the important and strange conditions are just written in a very small box in the invoice and no one explain you at the time of purchasing.
Warm and friendly
Always a pleasure shopping at Eureka Morayfield, staff are warm in both their greeting and their endeavours, Tatini is has always been exceptional in regards to her customer service.
I ordered a three seater lounge, two chairs and two ottamon in early September being told I would receive them early November. I paid a 25 % deposit and heard nothing. I rang in mid December and was told they were on the wharves and I should have the furniture just before Christmas or New Year. I have received nothing and heard nothing and doubt the furniture exists and they have a 20% charge on refunds. Disgusting the stores have been running a false advertising campaign of 49-60% off products they don’t have and cant deliver and ripping consumers off for their deposits. Don’t deal with this company.

Puts customer service first
Prices on display were clear and easy to follow. Staff in store provided useful information about products and were able to apply further discounts for bundled purchases, and provide flexible pick up or deliverdelivery options

Product great have had compliments on lounge from friends but Katrina (staff member)went above and beyond to help, wonderful staff member.

Promises but no delivery
Product review give me the option for you to settle this privately. This is my last straw. I will take this to Fair Trading if nothing is done.
I WOULD LOVE for you to reply saying that I can come and get my stuff, or have it delivered this week/ early next week. I’d rather not do this. But let’s be honest, with how the store spoke to us, and the lack of a real response from head office, I am not getting my hopes up.

...I’d love for this to be a review saying how happy I am with my new furniture. And how awesome the service is. But no. Put down a deposit in august for a sofa, 1.5 seat, ottoman, and a table. Told mid November at the latest. Mid November comes and goes. My husband calls, gets told only part of the order is here. Great! Can we have that delivered? No. Only if we pay a second delivery. Ok. We wait. I call a couple of weeks ago, and no. It’s not all here yet, but we will call next week and organise a time to get your stuff before Xmas. Next week comes and goes. We’ve given up to be honest. But we get a call today! Yay. The ONLY date we can have before next year is, wait for it! Xmas eve. Sure that’s before Xmas, but how exactly am I supposed to get Xmas eve off work to sit around waiting for a delivery? Can we have it delivered this week? No. Early next week? No. Can we pick it up? Sure. Xmas eve. Holy cow. I’m actually not 100% sure that they even have the items yet. Why wouldn’t they allow a collection of good otherwise? The store was hostile, and rude. When we said we couldn’t take delivery Xmas eve, as we were at work, we were told so what? They have to work Xmas eve AND Boxing Day. Like it was some sort of competition. We asked for a refund, we were told we could have a store credit for what we paid less 20%. This WAS NOT EXPLAINED AT TIME OF PURCHASE. An invoice was put in front of us, and we were asked to sign by the smiling sales person. If this is a condition, it shouldn’t be in small print, and only after you sign. I am beyond words here. We are trying to work with them to organise delivery or collection, but no. If they do actually have the items we should be able to collect or have it delivered well before Xmas eve. GIVE US OUR FURNITURE (Before Xmas eve) OR A FULL REFUND.
Long wait avoid Eureka Street store
Order for furniture taken by phone August 2020 some delivered early December '20 told rest might be February '21. Rude.

Fiona was brilliant. I went in just to look & no intention to buy but the customer service given changed everything.
We urgently needed extra chairs for Xmas. I rang the Slacks Creek store and they said sorry but you’ll need to wait until the new year. I thought I’d try my luck and call another store and rang McGregor. I spoke to sharron and she was exceptionally helpful. Advised she only had 3 chairs of the one we wanted (we needed 8) but rang around other stores to arrange stock for us. A+++ really happy with her service!

Recieved part of our order today and the bed is faulty Is there another way of reporting faulty furniture or is online the only way I have called the store and was told to report it online we have ordeted back in august and are not willing to wait even longer to get a replacement
If you haven't already, put a review on this page and I have found you get a quicker response. Great customer service that the store has directed you to online.
Pretty sad when you pay for the product and its takes five months to get the shipment for it to be delivered damaged and no one wants to help apart from just do it on line

Good Morning, thanks for reaching out, I am really sorry to hear that your new furniture arrived with some issues.
The best way to report a fault is actually to use the online portal, that will go directly to our customer service team and they will respond to your promptly. At the bottom of our website, you will find a link named AFTER CARE (it is on the grey bar right at the bottom of the page) - this will direct you to the claim form, where you can pop in your order details, problem and suggested resolution. The idea of the online form, is that we can quickly make a determination and decide on a solution before calling you back with the solution - saves back and forth calls, everything is in one document.
If you do not feel comfortable filling out the online form, you can call our Head Office, located in Brisbane and they can direct you to customer service. We have recently employed an additional 2 team members to the customer service team to help better support our customers, this year has been hard to navigate with so many countries closing due to covid, which has resulted in extended lead times so we are committed to improving our communication with customers.

can I please get an update on the delivery of my order. From our previous conversations I was lead to believe it would be this month but your total lack of communication since, tells me otherwise :(
And for real, stop using the pandemic as an excuse, your Google reviews say this has been an issue for over 2 years.
I’m a customer Robyn and not the best on technology. I think this is a review site for multiple companies. Probably best to contact the store you’ve ordered through. I’ve had no issues at all. Though I must add, other well know stores couldn’t get a lounge to me until Feb/Mar due to back log from the virus. I was lucky the lounge I ordered was in stock with Eureka. Good luck
I know what this forum is and as I want all of my communications with this company in writing now this seems to be the best way to get it as contacting the company via email is not getting me anywhere.
You say you're a customer but the fact that you even commented tells me there is a high chance you're being paid or offered some kind of incentive for this.
No your dead wrong. I’m a customer. My husband hated our other lounge which wasn’t very old. Our daughter in Qld is taking and I needed to find a new lounge ASAP. Which I did and I love it.
You can believe what you like Robyn, you sound very angry and don’t choose to believe the Bathurst great service I got. Not everyone has a bad experience and I don’t appreciate you basically calling me a liar. Maybe being nice might get you further.
I purchased the Tuscanny entertainment unit, in August, finally have a pick up date. At no time was I told it would be a flat pack. Will it be assembled?

Hi Janet, I am unsure who Julie C is but yes, all of Eureka Streets furniture is fully assembled and quality checked prior to delivery. It is quite a unique service to Eureka, none of our furniture is delivered flat packed. Thanks Kate
