We had blinds installed by this company and were disappointed with both the product quality and the service. The installation felt rushed, with little attention to detail, and the overall workmanship was subpar. Additionally, the staff came across as unprofessional and arrogant, which left us feeling undervalued as customers. Top Billing – I was very happy with the experience, the blinds are attractive and block out the street light quite a lot, which otherwise shines into my window. The cords are easy to manage. The staff were helpful and Ted was excellent, I did not have any wish to install blinds by myself and was delighted I did not have to do this. Blinds OK, on time service – We got a quote for 2 blinds and 2 plantation shutters. The price was competitive but included a 95 installation cost. We decided to get the 2 blinds but not the shutters. The process for check measurement and installation of the blinds was all OK. However we were surprised after installation we were required to pay the full original installation… Read more

cost of $95 for less that 15 minutes work. I had assumed that $95 would be for the whole job and we were never re-quoted for the smaller job (if I had know that I would have picked them up and installed them myself). As a final point, At the end of the installation the installer asked to use the toilet, which was OK. But it was annoying when I had to scrub (marks) and spray (smell) to clean up after his use.

Avoid at all cost – Would highly recommend people shop around. This company couldn't provide the original colour, then failed to turn up for a morning installation and didn't notify me till just before lunch after I had taken a day off to be there. When they did come to install one blind was the wrong size which took weeks to be repaired. Three months for five blinds to be replaced. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Be warned.

Disappointing – Poor advice from sales consultant. We were disappointed with lengthy wait for blind. When product arrived it did not operate properly and was poor quality

Great Service – This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Complete Blinds, Bella Vista in Sydney. Nicole and the office staff make the whole process easy. They are always helpful and cheery on the phone. It was easy to talk with Dean who came to do the quote. Rob the installer was friendly and efficient. He cleaned up after the installation of the block out blind and venetian. Very happy once again :)
