Too busy to bother responding! – I contacted this company directly by email (having corresponded with them before) requesting services - they didn't even bother replying to me. They had advised previously that they would be away from the office from Saturday 22nd April and back in the office on Monday 1st May but I emailed on 12/04/23 - no response!

Great crew to deal with – I took my crashed laptop to CT's in Bridge Road in Toowoomba. Brendan and the boys are just great. They care about what they do. And as a cranky old guy who likes things done right, I couldn't fault the service I got. I am most grateful to Brendan for his excellent service and results. Highly recommended! Show details

A no show – Computer Troubleshooters Canberra: the guy didn’t show up at all, at the arranged time or later, and didn’t phone or message to communicate this. This does not seem professional at all.

Fight for Refund, on faulty component – Purchased M.2 drive in Aug21, component faulty after lengthy testing by CTT and returned to the supplier through approved Return Authority. and request refund. Almost instant reply.....No. Emailed (Letter of Demand) with supporting (ICCC supporting documentation from Fair Trading Qld). Reply from owner said he was disappointed with his supplier and freight company and he would process the refund. Five days later, no email or refund had been received so I went to the shop. Informing the shop manager that I would accept a credit card reversal of the $245 or cash, there and then. The shop apparently isn't capable of epos reversal and cash was not forthcoming. The owner was informed that I was now going to the Solicitors to commence a legal recourse (10/1/2022 approx 1pm). Legal appointment was set for the next available time slot.

Refund was received at 9.55pm 10/01/2022 CTS/PineSeed;rf-10162 $245.00 Invoice No:10162

Legal Action did not proceed at this point

Scott is the best! – Scott is one of the most highly skilled MSP I deal with, I'm comfortable recommending him to any client who needs help!

Not the best – The computer Troubleshooter was great However the product he recommended continually has issues We have a Epson MF -3730 This scanner continually drops of the computer.At $100 a pop call out fee its very expensive. We have four other sites that I connected the Brother printer scanners to and NO issues work perfectly However the one the Computer Trouble shooter connected Drops off and I have to pay for him to come back and reconnect  Show details

Left message four times - no response – I was recommended to this company by a friend. When I rang I told them what I needed and the lady said that she would leave a message for the someone from the tech team to ring me back. can't tell you if they are any good because I never got to talk to anyone. Clearly they don't care about my business.

Terrible – The service was absolutely shocking and they did not even fix or identify the problem correctly initially! Would definitely not recommend, do not even think about trusting them with fixing your problem!

not work and had disabled the wireless network to work anymore. It started running incredibly slow and now does not even turn on.

After trying to get a hold of this man for over 2 months through text message, calling, emails and even showing up to his door twice, he will not get back to me and has left me with this electronic mess.

DO NOT call this company as it will leave you with something you can only throw in the bin.
