Paid for my rural tapping saddle on the 15th April and then followed up when not received on the 27th April. They apologised and said the order was now on the way. Today is 6th May and still nothing. After reading the many other terrible reviews, I doubt whether I will ever receive my purchase, or receive a refund. In any event, I've had to buy the item elsewhere, I can't wait forever for this mob. Shonky as!

please do not purchase anything from this supplier. i am not sure why the government has allowed them to keep operating. they take your money and do not supply your purchase. no communication. no telephone number to call only email which they do not respond to. its clearly a scam. please and please just stay away and learn from my experience. The company needs to be reported. it appears legit, but trust me it is not.

We ordered a sink grate for the bathroom vanity and were a bit worried after reading the negative reviews thinking we were scammed. But we were pleased to receive it within 10 days. We tend to be eager to post negative reviews but forget that it's important to leave positive reviews too when we are satisfied with the outcome. Dropped one star due to the flimsy quality of the product, however for the price paid it does the job.

We cannot speak highly enough of the service and price and delivery of our order. 5 days from WA to far south coast of NSW. We were worried .we did read the reviews after our purchase. We feel we owe it to ConFit to contribute our absolute satisfaction.Well done ConFit

BAD, never got goods – They never sent the item. After waiting almost a month I issued a chargeback with the bank.

Great Value for Money and not a scam – Great value for money products. I was concerned also at first when I didn't see a contact number but once I contacted them via their site a gentleman named Jim responded to me regarding my order. I got some 40mm and 50mm parts which were 2 to 4 times less the price compared to what I would have paid for at Bunnings. My order arrive in less than a week. I would recommend these guys over Reece or Bunnings for some of my required plumbing parts.

Great & prompt service – I mistakenly ordered the wrong reducing sockets & ConFit Australia offered to refund me if I returned them. Opting to avoid the hassle of returning the sockets, I decided to keep them. Following their guidance, I was able to get the correct sockets very quickly. Thank you ConFit Australia.

Wrong part supplied – Wrong part supplied have emailed twice no response. Not an expensive part,but not the point. Buyer Beware.

Great customer service – While they couldn't help me with the right part on this occasion, they were prompt with communication and refunded me the product that didn't fit. Would go back to them again just for that.

CONFIT AUSTRALIA IS A SCAM – Do not purchase fittings from ConFit. Your money will be taken immediately and you will not receive the fittings or a refund. The website looks professional but there is no contact phone number and emails will not be answered. Fortunately I used PayPal and am hopeful of getting a refund. Buy elsewhere and save time and money.

Ordered and delivered on time – I ordered through Confit just over a week ago and the items arrived before the due date. I have had a good experience with them but must admit there communication is not there. I did send them a question a couple of days ago and still haven't received an answer. As my order did turn up in time and was correct I am happy.

WARNING!!!!! SCAM BUSINESS – No Phone Number... Very little to no contact details. I have been waiting a month for my goods, and nothing has been sent. I see some people have had luck with good arriving, but many have not. Use with caution and DO NOT ORDER if you need parts in a timely fashion.

I did better than many others – Hi Before Christmas I ordered 3 rural tees and an end stop from these guys. I bought from EBAY so I had some protection. I agree with many here about their communication weakness but allowing for Christmas the items arrived quickly after posting with tracking number. Will test these out over the next few weeks as the irrigation system is tested but the items look OK to me.

Worse company ever ordered fittings never sent no contact detail this company is a con – Taken my money and never sent my items, no contact details and emails are not being read or respond to.

Can't contact them – Bought a pressure limiting valve which I have an issue with. There is no phone number to contact them on and they haven't responded to my email from 3 weeks ago. Prompt supply but hope you don't need any support.

Con is the name of the game – Ordered valves, never shipped, no communication from them at all. They love to take your money but they'll never send what you paid for.

Warning – Purchase fittings 3 weeks ago and have not received them and probably won’t. They took the money the same day. I have sent emails and no reply. Fancy website and best of all no contact number. It’s a CON. Very un Australian

very bad service – I bought few valve from this online shop, they just charged me but not any update for delivery. there is no contact detail. i have send 3 email requesting some update about my order. nothing came back. basically nothing. and then even before asking me they canceled my order. again with no letter or explanation. they are a con for sure.
