Cream pan is ready for the bin after 2-3 months. Used on the same cooktop; with the same utensils; seasoning and cleaning the exact same way.
With literal sweat and tears I’ve managed to salvage probably 80% of the interior but the exterior is completely destroyed, colour damaged and stained.
I have provided the pictures and videos they requested. I have shown the comparison between the colours, showing that it is obviously a quality control issue. I’ve followed the instructions they provided as a fix for the staining - nothing works.
They are refusing replacement as ‘the 12 month warranty’ only covers the inside of the pan and despite acknowledging the discolouration, won’t do anything about it. I am removing my previous recommendations to friends and family and public social media pages, as I don’t feel the price (even heavily reduced as they are now) is worth it. A simple pan replacement would have given me good faith in the company, but they are refusing even this.
Please consider looking elsewhere.

The BEST! – I LOVE this cookware!!! Had a Cosmo pan for 3 years and use on the stove and oven and it's still perfect! I just bought the whole set for myself. My Mum got one too and she loves it!

The worst cookware – Has to be the worst cookware I have owned. Every thing sticks to it no matter how careful you are it scratches even using silicon utensils. Worst cookware – The worst cookware I’ve ever used! Do not purchase! Pans last only a few uses and then everything starts burning and sticking to the bottom. Broken cookware, refused to swap or refund - stopped responding to emails – I bought a set and one of the pans didn't heat. I took videos of the problem, followed all the instructions on the website and provided evidence of this to the team. They refused to return the pan, swap for another product, or refund and simply stopped responding to messages.

Cosmic Cookware AVOID – Terrible! Coating wears off in months leaving cookware unusable. Customer service is non existent! When you reach out to resolve a warranty issue they respond with generic emails. Awful – I really don’t even want to give this a one star! This product was good for a few uses and that was it. I followed all the instructions to make sure I cared for it but it still turned rubbish. It’s completely burnt and the non stick properties do not work at all. We have tried several ways to try to clean as the ‘soapy warm water’ that was suggested on their webite was never going to improve the state of the pan. Disappointed – I have had these pans for just over 3 months and the nonstick coating is already chipping or stained on all of my pans. Defective products – My product has a raised section of coating which chipped after the first use. After the second use the area has cracked and chipped substantially. Even though it’s a defective product, the company refuses to replace. They are now saying there is no warranty for the coating, only inner lining. DO NOT BUY. Photos attached are from first use.
