Marsden Park, h yeah – Have been at Costco for many years , started at Auburn then moved to Marsden park you have a lot of whingers in your review section but my post is positive, I love Costco and the yearly fee is paid for in your first visit or 2, If you don't like it leave, I am selective in my purchases and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Oxley park to Marsden Park and I was refused service because of an expired membership. I have been a member since 2021 and it’s not as if I won’t come back because of a membership pay. Shame on the manager on the floor and his staff that were there not advocating for their customers. We the customers are the reason why Costco is still Costco and thriving but if you treat me and other same way I doubt same can be said in the long run. You might gain new customers but you have lost one thanks to your bad service.

You are turning every person who shops normally between 400-500 dollars at least 3 times a year( so $1500 each person per year), for a 65 dollars per year not having a card of their own or funnier for not having the card owner present? Don’t get your cakes personalised here – Ordered a cake for my son’s 1st birthday. I wrote a personalised message I wanted to have: (Happy 1st Birthday [Son’s Name]!) They spelt both his first and last name wrong—even though I wrote it perfectly and very understandable on the form. Costco Optical were futile as no one answered. Unfortunately, the glasses' issues persisted even after a second test. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience. We won't be returning and would caution others to manage their expectations.

unhelpful. If I am mistakingly in the wrong and cannot use my husbands business card then that is okay but don't try and humiliate people. My teenage daughter was also disgusted by these two guys behaviour. I was only polite and was not argumentative. I don't ever complain but the service today was next level disgusting! Walked out embarrassed and shocked to say the least. It was indeed my worst retail experience ever.

Kirkland 2kg blueberries – I just weighed these and it was actually 1.8 kgs of actual fruit, this is a cheat, it is now cheaper to buy 1 kg packs at woolworths. when the price wa under $15 I found it good value but now at just under $20 it's a ripoff because the give the gross weight pkg and all, not how we do things in Australia

Have not received any satisfaction yet disjointed responses….. pay $143 and we will replace lense..ok..go in yet they don’t know what I’m talking about. Next get told pay $90…ok. Again they say can’t do.what is their buyer telling them. Makes me feel the optical department is a not independent ( you purchased online.) I will request my membership money back and leave. I have been a member since 1990’s ( joined when in Portland Oregon.). Things have changed.

week to have this sorted. One week later I hear back from them and they advise it needs to be sent back I couldn’t go to the store (ridiculous) and once I sent the incorrect product back I would get the correct product. I arranged this and sent it back only to be told a few days later that the iPad mini is out of stock and they would issue a refund ordered back in august it is now the 21/9 and I have no iPad mini and no refund. These people are an absolute joke with the worse customer service stay clear of buying online from them ruined a birthday and still no refund or product issued

Last thing is no compensation or anything was offered an absolute joke

Worst tyre centre – Warning. Costco Marsden Park Tyre centre worst kind of time waster. Check in car for tyre rotation prior to 11.45am today. And pay in advance. Informed to come back in 1.5 hr. Got a call at 1.06pm that both front tyres not safe to be rotate to the back tyres. Should have told us when we check instead if waiting 1.5 hours wasted for nothing. Absolutely disappointing service.

Food off – Haven't been to costco in a long time & now I remember why...buy in bulk, trash in bulk :( Bought big tubs of fruits & 24 hrs later opened them to make a fruit plates for guests & found half my blackberries tub white with mould & alot of the raspberries off too. The grapes & blueberries were ok but 24 hrs after that they wrre showing signs of decay.

Food area waiting – Love shopping at Costco. Some would say I am a regular. Today we ordered from the food section. Waited about 30 minutes for burgers, no social distancing in that area, not a hand sanitiser in sight. I was very disappointed.  Show details

Held hostage – My wife and I made purchases, went outside to car, I tried to go back inside Costco, not having my membership card, to go for a wee wee in toilet, 5 shelf packers surrounded me and would not let me proceed inside.
