THE WORST – This is by far the worst mattress I have purchased. I would not recommend this bed at all. It has caused me nothing but back problems and stiffness in my lower lumbar. Didn't last long – I have had this mattress around 12 months now. It is become overly soft and lost all the support it once had. Its starting to sag as well. Awful - 9 months in and need a new mattress – Delivery was unreal, same day and price was good ($500 or less?). Nice Mattress, Great Features – I feel that if I did not suffer with a chronic sacral/pelvic injury/pain then I would have been able to enjoy this mattress a lot more, unfortunately I believe it was not helping my type of injury and I have had to move onto a different style of mattress to try. Show details

brands. I have had my mattress for around about 6 months now and I love that it doesn’t lose its shape and I can take the mattress protector off to wash it if I want. Super impressed with my purchase and would highly recommend to someone suffering with back pain like myself.

to cut all that out and opted to buy this new thing "mattress in a box" I felt comfortable with the returns policy and how I could try it in the comfort of my bedroom. Best decision I've made! I am honestly surprised at how well I sleep now with the support of this mattress I don't know what has gone into this bed that hasn't in all my beds in the past but whatever it is it has my vote plus I don't wake up in a pool of my own sweat every morning which is a huge plus in my books! Company gone in the wind – After one night sleep I knew Id made a mistake. Im a side sleep and would be woken up every time I tried to roll over, as I was stuck in a ditch. Tried to ring after two weeks to return the bed, was told I had to email. Now their number is disconnected, their website is shut down and their Facebook account shut down. Not the greatest – So delivery I cannot fault, it arrived to my door in less than 2 hours, but that's as good it gets. thought we could get used to it, but just couldn't. Not only was it too soft, but it was so hot too, we were having to sleep with just a sheet during winter because the memory foam just absorbed our body heat. I emailed them for a return and to their credit, they replied and said they would contact Salvos and they would contact me. Salvos did after about a couple of days, they warn you that if it had any stains they would not pick it up. We barely slept on this for a week, so there was not a single mark on it, plus I put on a mattress protector on. When Salvos came they were so incredibly rude, and it had a tiny dust mark and he REFUSED to pick it up and told me to wash it and to contact them so they can come back. After he left I flicked the dust mark and it was gone (I was scared to do it in front of him as I was by myself and he was a arrogant). I went to Bunnings to pick up a plastic cover for the mattress, put it on and left it outside for them to pick it up. They came to pick it up about a week later, but still Salvos had to make a comment 'Oh I think I still see some marks on it, but I'll take it.' I took plenty of pictures of it once I left it out just in case. Just remember they are on a truck picking other donations up with no gloves or anything so who knows if they actually dirty it and blame it on you. I know they offer you a 100 day return but honestly it is just not worth the fuss!!

Horrible cheap mattress with mould – Horrible mattress! Sagging in middle after 6 months. Flipped the mattress upside last night to see it had mould growing on it. Mattress is on a proper base and all and has had a mattress protector and been rotated regularly. Back supportive mattress, no partner disturbance – This mattress has served my husband and I really well! My husband is a shift worker and we've always struggled when he gets back or gets into bed. This mattress has solved our problems! Plus, this mattress has been great for our backs which for a mattress is extremely hard to find. will only cover it under manufacturer warranty if the dint/sag is larger that 2.5cm.. Umm since its only felt when lying on and not visable when looking at it..it will never be covered! Now we have owned it for 16 months and its the worst mattress ive ever slept on, waking up with aches and pains! Would not recommend Cozybed at all! Unless you want to buy a new mattress every year!

My partner and I loved it – started off very much a skeptic about purchasing a matt in a box - but this mattress is none like the others my partner and I have had. From point go we loved it, from opening it to sleeping every night on it. Very good mattress, have enjoyed it! – Comfy and supportive mattress. Still looks (and feels!) brand new after about 3 months of use. No movement or “dip” whatsoever when sleeping with someone alongside you. Recommended!  Show details

appears that if an item does not live up to reasonable expectations, it can be returned for a full refund regardless of any warranty offered by the manufacturer.

I will be insisting on a full refund. Cozybed are unable by law to refuse.

Not a good experience – So we got this single cozybed mattress for our kid. The box came in not fully closed, but stickytaped on top with the mattress protruding from it. and saw foam edges falling off at a few places. On top of this my child tried it and did not feel comfortable and felt hot. If you put your palm on the surface it warms up instantly. Anyway, sent them the photos, said I wasn't happy and want to return asap. The response was : must wait for 30 days before I could return. Wouldn't buy from them again.

Good bed, easy delivery – Easy delivery and so far so good. I like that there is a cover you can remove to wash and 15 year warranty gives peace of mind. Customer service was also good.  Show details

Good mattress but need a high base – I have a low base bed and the mattress sits a little low. It's extremely comfortable. I'm a heavy man and it sits a little soft for me, but for most it would be perfect. level of firmness. Both my partner and I have been enjoying it so far and have been getting great sleep - waking up and feeling well rested (and that's a feat considering my partner moves around a lot in his sleep).

Getting used to it – Cozybed provided an excellent service - ordering and delivery was a pleasure. The trial period is very much appreciated as a non-spring mattress does take a bit of getting used to. Mattress sides are too soft. Poor kids matress – The matress seems comfortable when centred but as a kids matress it is not supported enough around the edges. Seems also to be very hot. My 2.5 yo is waking up sweating. At this stage I think we will return it with the 100 day trial period.  Show details

So far it is very good, my low back can totally relax – So far is very good, really make my sleep well my body can have a good rest after a long day. 100% better than expected – Very comfortable. We needed a quick option due to moving and not having the time to shop in store. My back issues have shown relief in just the 1 week of use and it’s been great so far. October 24th 2018 Update: So far so good

It's been 10 nights so far and I can't fault it. My queen size Cozybed mattress has stopped us waking each other up by moving around, which then means we're less likely to actually get up through the night, which then means we're even less likely to be disturbed. Then if one wakes before the other in the morning, the other stays asleep because they don't feel the the first one getting up either. Nice!

Fantastic service and comfy bed – I was happily surprised how comfy a matress can be delivered in a box. Firstly it is very supportive and forms to your body. It feels made from high quality materials although it did need airing for a day or two as it was kept in a box after all. Delivery was incredible, I ordered it just before 12 and had it delivered by 4 30 that same day for free. It is a heavy matress so if you are carrying this upstairs I would recommend some help.  Show details
