Don't Trust. Bad installation, No support or warranty honored – Extremally poor in all aspects. Poor quality product, poor installation (via third party which they will not take any responsibility for). Wil not even come out to look at issues, let alone fix or try to make good. Stay away at all costs.
STAY AWAY! – Frauds! Do not trust this company! Demanded a full payment before delivery and installation of floating flooring. I am owed a large sum for them failing to provide a service paid for. I have a pending application with VCAT. CQ Flooring have done this to many people. They are aggressive and far from trustworthy. Thomastown store is now operating as MR Flooring. Have approached ACA. Avoid – I am extremely disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) from CQ Flooring. I hired them for a carpet installation project and paid a 30% deposit upfront, which amounted to a significant sum. After taking the deposit, they completely disappeared and failed to complete any work. Despite numerous attempts to contact them through emails and phone calls, I have received no response whatsoever. The physical store has also closed. This is despite their website still touting work and ABN still being active. It feels like they have taken the money and vanished. This has not only left me out of pocket but also without the new flooring I needed urgently.
Their unprofessional behavior and lack of communication are unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Do not fall into the same trap I did. CQ Flooring has proven to be unreliable and dishonest. Save your time, money, and peace of mind by choosing a more reputable company.

Avoid at all costs – I engaged CQ Flooring Nunawading for carpet and timber flooring as part of a home reno a year ago. The business has since shrunk from 5 stores to 1 and unlike other businesses demands payment in full before starting the job. They installed my carpets but when I didn't accept their quote for sub floor leveling (which was 2x other quotes) they cancelled my order without providing a refund for the timber floors ($20k+). All subsequent communications have been ignored. Use them at your own risk. There are other reviews of CQ using inexperienced subcontractors and by over quoting leveling they a) obtain addition revenue to cover remediation of sub standard work or b) cause customers to use their own contractor and void the CQ installation warranty.

cq flooring not trustworthy [Content Removed] – CQ Flooring is fraudulent ,took off with our money disappeareqd now masquerading as MR flooring thomastown, on VCAT for fraud , demanded we pay in full $30000 for materials disgrace, [Content Removed] , accept your money cannot provide materials or services.a [Content Removed] Failed to show up, took off with our money when they accepted this payment 16 may 2024:promised to supply and install 17-29 may 2024 , went from being[Name Removed] contactable [Name Removed] the sales manager, landline, emailed sales@cqflooring.com.au NO ANSWER , took our money under false pretences, committed [Content Removed] their ABN is still active but ALL CQ Flooring outlets in Melbourne docklands, South Bank, werribee, altona, bentleigh , nunawading all shuttered promise a lot do not trust them they will not show despite making assurances beware of companies who purport to provide install services demand 100% payment upfront for materials
