Nice product – My boyfriend bought this as a gift for me as I wanted to be able to count my steps and check my sleep pattern. I found the watch easy to set up and sync with my Samsung S6. The instructions were easy to understand and follow. I have had no problems with it. I think others have had problems with syncing and it remaining on the network. Fair… Read more

enough if I don't have my phone beside me to keep the phone synced, when I move away from my phone, the buzzer on the watch tells me it has lost the signal, but once I get to within range of my phone, the watch immediately syncs to my phone again and none of the information is lost. It is comfortable to wear and doesn't cause any problems wearing it at night to log my sleep pattern. I am not sure how accurate the step counter is but it seems to be ok with my walking pattern. I know it's not a Fitbit........but for the money......it's the next best thing. I would recommend it.

Missing light , reflecting material – For some reason it was Designed with no reflecting material or light to see in darkness. Should have Bluetooth light on . Is very difficult to read the time in bright sunny environments. Night time is impossible to see the time.Nice looking watch

Easy to set up and bargain price – As long as the user instructions are followed exactly then there is no problem with the initial synchronising. I think the time set up is a little strange and I can understand why some users might make a mistake if they don't read the instructions carefully. Well made watch and bargain price at just £17.00 sterling!

Unable to Sync time – The first time I set up the time it worked fine. Subsequently I am unable to synchronize time. Sync from the App doesn't work. Time which it shows up is inaccurate.

  Crane Analogue Smart Watch

A watch controlled by an app is a bad idea! – My old watch is dying, so I thought this Crane's analogue smart watch came just in time and will serve more than my needs. I bought three watches; one for myself, one for my wife and the other for my son. After charging full as per instructions which is great and provided detailed step by step guide in setting up, only one was initially able to… Read more

set the time and syncronise the time by the app. None others were able to set the time by synchronising via the app, which is the ONLY way to run the watch! One would wonder what the watch designer was thinking?

And after less than 12 hours later, the only good watch started to has a mind of its own and we could see the analogue hands moving by itself and stopped whenever it wanted. It behaved exactly the same as the other two bad ones which got no other way to get the time right and solely dependent on the mercy of the app. The watch lost its basic function of telling the time and there is no manual way to set the time which is a shame as the app is not fool proof at all!

The only consolation is I can return all for refund. But terribly frustrated after spending so much hours trouble shooting still plagued by bugs from the app, Crane Connect App.
