improve is the time before handing over the house that is too long. Overall I am satisfied with my house.

Unprofessional in providing warranty. Poor communicators – Property handed over May 2019. Catherine Fields NSW Issues are brought to their attention and they try and wash their hands from it. department have become key board warriors and just send hundreds of emails. I was left with no other option but to pay for a private building inspection. Report shows issues with the back roofing where water is entering. Basically poor waterproofing done by Creation Homes Overall workmanship of the property is poor. To have issues as such in under 5 years down the track and to be told that its a maintenance issues for us as the landlord is just not right. Furthermore I was made to feel so belittled by one of the maintenance staff that came out on sight several weeks ago. He was pulling faces infront of me. I pulled him up on it infront of the tenant. Just because I am female don't think you can be discrimitive and be disrespectful. I shouldn't be telling this rude person what needs to be done. He was trying to prove his point with a moisture measuring machine etc. I reiterated that moisture will be there today but gone by tomorrow. Especially the hot weather Sydney has had lately. Furthermore I had to insist that he get a ladder and go on the roof and see where the issue was. Furthermore, the arrogant person suggested I get up on the ladder and check myself. I was like is this guy for real? When I was wearing a skirt... He was unashamed to suggest that. I have now been waiting for the head of construction (manager) to contact me from Monday 27th February 2023. No return email or phone call. Just not good enough and others need to be made aware of this.
Misleading – Misleading dishonest You can not trust what they say Took my $1,000 [Name Removed] the manger is lire and cheating First told me that you need to only 15% payment the rest when we give you the keys but once you pay deposit things get Change. Happy – Creation Homes is a decent builder - not luxury but very good value for money. Some defects but this is normal and they have been very prompt so far to fix any issues. The site supervisor, Ricardo, is fantastic. Very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we settled in nicely. Very grateful to have had his help. Show details
