made us feel valued and that our build was in safe hands. Emily, Chae, Courtney, and the entire team at Colour by Creation worked tirelessly to promptly respond to all our queries, keep us informed, and make our selection appointments efficient and simple. We would confidently recommend Cameron and Creation Homes to anyone seeking to build or invest in a new home. It is our genuine belief that one would be hard-pressed to find a more excellent home-building team anywhere else.

To say that buying a townhouse made by Creation Homes is a disaster is an understatement. We purchased a townhouse in June 2021 by Creation homes. Before even settling, there was water damage as expressed by our building and pest inspector. We were told that by the time we moved in, it would be fixed. That should have been our first red flag (it… Read more
was just painted over).
Since moving in September 2021, it has been nothing but water issues, leaks, and poor workmanship. There are NO overflows on balconies and the drain hole is too small. Along with the other 9 townhouses, we all suffered extensive and costly water issues (see pictures and video attached).
You'll see at some of the other reviews here that creation homes look responsive, asking others to email them their issues and to sort it out. We can confirm that they DO NOT answer their phone (we have a backlog to prove this) nor do they answer their emails in a timely manner. When they do come to look at the issues, they literally put band aids and say its fixed. This can also be confirmed by every other townhouse.
Because of this, we had to get our own expensive and extensive building works done, even though the townhouse is under their building warranty (we have proof of receipts and timelines). They claim to be renowned for their 'meticulous standards' but this is all talk. Again, feel free to look at the photos and videos we've attached. There is an entire gallery more.
For anyone looking to build with creation home, please consider someone else and do not make the same mistake as we did. Also do not trust their 5 star reviews, which are very easy to manipulate and fake. It's been an expensive lesson, and if you need more clarification, I'm happy to give recommendations on builders we did use who did thing by code and are actually responsive.
If you DO, after all of this, want to consider buying a property by Creation Homes, please get an independent building inspector (and even better, one with an engineering background) and push for water testing. If any of us had done this with our townhouses and not relied on their word of mouth, no one would be living there.
We have kept all records of emails, messages, receipts of work done by external builders, and water testing + building inspection reports in case creation homes claim this is untrue or incorrect.

1. How well managed was your build? Overall, I had a very positive experience with the build management. 2. How was the workmanship and build quality of your property? I am very happy with the workmanship and the overall build quality of my home. The finishes were completed to a good standard, and the property was handed over in excellent condition. Like any new build, there were a few minor items that needed attention, but they were addressed professionally. Overall, the house feels solid, well built, and I am very satisfied with the quality of the finished product.
3. How did your final cost compare to your estimated cost? The final cost was very close to the original estimate, which was something I really appreciated. Because I purchased a house and land package, the pricing was transparent from the beginning, and there were no unexpected costs during construction. The overall process was straightforward, and I felt that I received good value for the quality of the home that was delivered.

what could have been a stressful and complicated process into an exciting and enjoyable journey. Chelsey took the time to work closely with me to create a home that truly reflects what I wanted. She listened carefully to my ideas and suggested creative, practical solutions that added both functionality and value. She guided me through important design decisions, including flipping the left and right sides of the floor plan, explaining the benefits of different footpath layouts, advising on the design of the garage's external back door, and recommending several other design improvements. Her patience, dedication, and genuine passion for achieving the best possible outcome made a lasting impression on me. I truly appreciate everything she has done. I also want to thank Simone from the Customer Support team for her excellent support and responsiveness throughout this stage of the process. I highly recommend both Chelsey and Simone to anyone building with Creation Homes. I’m now looking forward to the construction phase and hope the construction team will be just as responsive and keep me updated on the progress. I plan to share another review during the construction stage and again after the home is completed.
Sales to Construction Ready Stage From the very beginning, Chelsey Endersby made what could have been an overwhelming process feel exciting and genuinely enjoyable. with us to make it our own. She came up with fantastic ideas and practical solutions that we simply wouldn't have thought of ourselves. She helped us transform the downstairs ensuite into a functional study, extended the kitchen walls to create an oven tower, and offered thoughtful suggestions to improve the home's energy efficiency.
Every change was carefully considered, and Chelsey made what initially seemed impossible feel completely achievable. Her knowledge, creativity and willingness to explore different options gave us confidence that every detail had been taken care of.
Thanks to Chelsey's guidance, we truly feel like our new home will be exactly what we wanted—not just a standard design, but a home that's been tailored to our family. Her passion, patience and attention to detail made all the difference, and we couldn't be more grateful.
If you're building with Creation Homes, we can't recommend Chelsey highly enough. She's an absolute asset to the team, and we're so thankful she was there to help bring our vision to life.

Poor finish quality, refused to fix basic errors, dragged out fixing the remaining issues for 6 months. Lied about what completion dates. Over charged. Refused to talk to us over the phone. Show details
Supplies and trades demand payment upfront – We are a supplier / contractor that has worked with Creation Homes in Victoria. They did everything to try and find loop holes not to pay us what the owed and only paid a portion after legal proceedings were filed. We aren’t the only supplier having issues with that payment. Hopefully this isn’t a sign of things to come - for all their clients sake. Show details
WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH EVER!!!! I'D RATHER SHOVE BARBED WIRE UP MY BUTT! – Where is my final invoice? House has been ready since 23/9/24 AND STILL NO FINAL INVOICE!!!! Useless company with useless staff. Would never recommend anyone to build with them. You will get stuffed around from he second you sign the build contract. Stay away from them like it's the plague.
