I bought my Sanggyong Rexton from these guys brand new with faulty tyres. It took nearly a year of following up to get replacements. Other things like door trims were replaced under warranty, they fixed one thing and broke another in the process. The last time i was there to change a window chrome trim, they scratched my car. tried calling Paul the manager twice, left messages, never fot a phone call back. Not going back to Cricks Highway, i don't recommend them to anyone else. Nasty and careless service.

Poor service from the sales team when purchasing and also poor service from the service team. Not returning phone calls. Dodgy responsibility around getting repairs done under warranty. I can't believe they stay in business with such horrible service and unethical standards.

I haven't heard from anyone for weeks, have left messages and spoke to customer service who told me they would follow up. is at Cricks Highway to keep my warranty valid. Definately would not reccomend getting any warranties where you are only limited to using their services for your vehicle. NOW HOW DO I GET THIS SORTED???????

dealership completely failed to disclose to us at the time of sale.

This situation has caused a significant financial burden on us, and resolving it has been incredibly difficult.

As if that wasn’t enough, when we had an issue with the car battery, we found out that the dealership hadn’t included the radio code in the contract. Despite reaching out to them for help, they never returned our calls.

This entire experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and deeply unprofessional. We feel completely scammed by this dealership and would strongly advise others to avoid doing business with them.

Great customer service – I just purchased a brand-new VW Amarok Ute 12/6/2024, during the initial inquiry through to diving it off the lot, I never had one issue, with the Sales Team explaining the functions of the Ute, the pros and cons of the vehicle, testing driving the vehicle, to organizing finance. I highly recommend the Tommy & Sarah from the VW section of Crick Highway at Springwood.

Costly repairs Renault CAPTUR – Customer service communication was very poor. The service team technician diagnosed the fault with our CAPTUR. Expensive repair to use new parts, price reduced using not new parts. We appreciate the help regards that aspect. Won’t give 5 stars as communication was lacking badly. A car buying experience worth sharing – My wife and I just drove home in our new Volvo EX30 EV. It is in "cloud blue" duco with a "breeze" interior. It is the quietest car that we have ever owned. I would never advise anyone to use this organisation. They never get back to you. Every time I have dealt with them. straight away I knew they were lying as stated the AC was working. Took to local Auto Repairer, total repair bill was $570, and completed in half a day. The part cost was $450, and able to get it in on same day.

my car until Tuesday. I told her that wasn't possible. Advised I had called and I am not allowed to drive without a horn. Ring me and say your horn doesn't work we think it's an electrical problem. Was supposed to call today with a time for me to bring my car back and have a loan vehicle while getting fixed. Nothing. Surprise, Surprise!

Dissatified – After ordering a Forrester, we were told that the vehicle would be delivered by August otherwise they would refund our deposit. During the follow up, we made several calls, texts and emails that were unanswered and delivery didn't happen by August and our deposit wasn't refunded. Disgraceful service Cricks.

Warranty repair issues and no responses – Atrocious service and not keeping the promise after selling the car. I have reported same issues with car and called multiple times to get updates but no response. DO NOT BUY NEW OR USED CAR FROM THIS PLACE.

Not happy with Renault service – Booked Renault van in for a service. For some reason the mechanics worked on looking at oil leak (not fixing it). take two days. I live 15km away which is two hours by bus and train. Told Cricks to hold work on van and just concentrate on service. Turn up at cricks and wait in their sterile waiting room. Van is left on lot with no courtesy text. Pick up van and find car camera is disconnected and radio on full blast. Mechanics have had a field day with vehicle. Don't go to cricks if can help it. Not a friendly place.

13,500 Aud . So the Business Manager promised to deal with it efficiently .On the day I picked up the car a little excitement , confusion with paperwork , waiting for insurance details and skillful bypassing of details made me quickly sign the underlined areas of the loan agreement . Unfortunately the lender I was chosen expensive . The additional fees alone cost a bagatelle $1500 Aud . The loan amount was accompanied by an extended package of mechanical protection . Unfortunately my English is still limited especially in such fine matters and legal formulas requiring logic and efficient understanding . Unfortunately responsible people did not do many things before my arrival . Later time pressure , waiting for Certificate of Currency , insurance details , poor understanding of the intention/details of the offer made me sign a rather expensive loan . I wanted to borrow only 13,500 Aud but signed for 17,781. After 5 years I have to pay back as much as 23,842Aud......... Dear dealers time to respect expectations of the customer . This is an exaggeration because nowadays it is not enough just to be nice and extract extra money from a lost customer . With this you will not encourage new buyers

Terrible experience – Turned up at the scheduled time. I even called the day before to confirm. On arrival I was told I’m here on the wrong day and that I need to leave. Worst ever interactions with this so called professional company over two years – State accurate facts and objectives... Service done after waiting a month and a half. I tell them i need new tyres and that i want the same type and brand. Get there and they know nothing about the tyres (Go Figure) so i end up with so other brand, yes not my choice but what can you do... and two weeks later the breaks were needing attention… Read more

(Why??? They didn't check them maybe???) Waited another month for this to happen and in the mean time I had to rent a car at my expense. Then car warning light came on and it was towed to Reno for them to work out what was wrong as the Reno break down service had no idea. And Reno didn't either so after making me feel like they did me a favour fitting me in they replaced the battery and charge me $300 and a week later I had the car back after again needing to hire a car so I could go work. Now my car has come out of its included service caps and to my surprise the labour cost of a car they had for 4 hours and having to replace two tyres after only 12 months is $800... Will not take it back here ever again... Renault is so widely bought in Europe and admired but here it is a disgrace, will never buy again.

New Car Never made it into Production due to poor communication – Signed a Contract for the Purchase of a New Vehicle on the 12/2/2022. VW CADDY CARGO. we received information via email from [Name Removed], salesperson that due to an error the Caddy had never actually been built. Obviously this didn't go down to well with us and upon questioning her about the particular date on the email from [Name Removed] addressed to New Car Sales Manager [Name Removed] (more about him later) she thought it was a smart move to hang up on us. We arrived at the Dealership 40 minutes later to find out what has happened. First question from us was how come we were never told about the Changes that VW needed to make for the production of the Vehicle to go ahead in approximately 2 weeks after the email (most certainly we weren't suppose to see this email) was sent to [Name Removed] on the 29/8/2022 or [Name Removed] forwarded to [Name Removed] and she never let us know. It was obvious to us that these two were backing each other up and neither one was willing to admit fault and to provide a resolution. [Name Removed] basically ignored the question and said it was just a link and stating that on their system it was showing up as it had arrived into Brisbane.

The more he spoke the bigger the hole he was digging for himself! but it was a great show.

FURTHERMORE [Name Removed] had the audacity to blame Volkswagen Australia for this.

23/11/2022 we received a call from [Name Removed], Sales Planning & Ordering Manager Volkswagen Group Australia who was extremely helpful and verified the email dated 29/8/2022 was sent and in reference to SUBJECT 400781 (our Caddy order) and no correspondence was heard back from Cricks Highway Volkswagen so obviously it didn't go into production. We asked [Name Removed] had we received this email from Cricks and made the necessary changes to the Specification, would the Caddy of arrived in October/November 2022 and he said a definite YES. [Name Removed] also offered us a solution to this problem and we will be following his advice. Obviously this won't involve Cricks Highway Volkswagen. The Only Employee in the whole of the AUTOPACT group who has had the decency to make a GENUINE apology was our Senior Business Manager [Name Removed] who has been so honest and straight forward.

There're many great Volkswagen Dealerships across Australia, however Volkswagen Australia would be better off without a Dealership like this!

outrageous repair bill, of close to $4000 (half of the parts weren't even required) and of course the parts were all ex Europe even though there are thousands of these commercial vans , What a load! 1 Hour later i had sourced the parts myself , here in Australia, for HALF the price of what they wanted, had my vehicle towed to a real local mechanic and was fixed within days! ...oh did i mention they manage to flatten the battery , tried to tell me it needed replacing (its actually fine) and a quote for AC repair that was incorrect ....oh and after two weeks failed to even look at the other items i asked them too....... absolutely useless and twice as expensive as they should be ......I'm sure this is all driven from a a top down approach...(can clearly see they are understaffed also) the staff were professional and helpful and all seemed to have a despondent look on their face that says ...."help..what the hell am i doing working here ,get me out of here, I'm sorry i am ripping you off and giving you poor service ...but it's like that here all the time". Disgusting, unprofessional and rude mechanic – I have arranged my vehicle to be towed. The appointment got confirmed. Shortly after, I received a call from an incredible rude mechanic, stating that they do not have time for my van at all. I wasted 2 hours arranging the tow, this business left me alone in the worst moment. Before, already twice my phonecalls have been left unanswered. uUacceptable and disgusting.

After 4 years of getting my car serviced by this mob I finally gave up – The final straw of this saga was when I was told that the brake pads needed changing at 110,000 service. call from the Service Manager to explain why they wanted to replace something that didn't need replacing. Never received that call. The final straw happened at the 140,000 when they wanted to charge me heaps of extra's on top of the service. I said it will be the last time I get the car serviced by them. The final thing is I have just got the 150,000k service somewhere else and guess what. Brake pads are fine. Pictures to prove. Bye Bye Cricks. Never again.
