Crosby Tiles Requesting to Fix a Simple Crack Tile – I have built my home under SummitHomes builder and they have partnered with Crosby Tiles to provide the Tiling for my home. It was recently completed last Oct 2023 and after finding some tiles that was crack on my floor, I immediately reported it to the builder, which in turn reported it to Crosby Tiles for follow up and repair. It has been 4 months now and up until now they have not fix the small crack on the floor tile that I have requested to get fix from my builder. The builder mentioned that Crosby Tile support is taking awhile, but having to wait 4+months to get a crack tile fixed is not acceptable. I do not know who to engage know, if it's the builder or directly with Crosby Tiles, but the builder has been chasing up the Tile company for so long, I don't really know what is causing the delay to fix a crack tile that they delivered last Oct 2023.
