Made an appointment for a solar consultation then cancelled 3 hrs before, then rescheduled for the next day and didn't bother turning up. Can't comment on their work but I wouldn't recommend them based on their tardiness.

I had 2 x air con systems installed with this company only to have the installers (as recommended by The Good Guys) left a huge mess (which I had to clean up) and furniture they moved not returned into place and left for me to move only to incur severe back and hip injuries for over a month to recover from & they did NOTHING to help or compensate… Read more

Beware of Melbourne - Servicing Western Suburbs – Dont use this company as they dont take responsibility for their faulty installations. Once you pay them, they dont even bother coming to inspect the issue. They simply say its a product issue and to chase the manufacturer instead. Zero customer service!!! Show details

with installation date changes however a date and time were eventually arranged and guess what, they did not turn up at the agreed time and I have never heard from them again - no phone calls from anyone in the company and they had collected my dryer from good guys warehouse so no idea where that dryer is now !! I contacted good guys and they are arranging for another dryer and installer - DO NOT USE this company for installation if purchasing goods from the Oxley store of the good guys in Brisbane !!!!

Solar Installation – I recently had the team install a new Solar system to my house. I could not have been more impressed with the entire process. From the initial discussion, to the preparation of paperwork and finally the installation i was really impressed. I would highly recommend the team.
Very unprofessional, no comittment, its better to avoid this company – Very unprofessional electricions. Even there was a space on driveway but electricion decided to park on new lawn. No sense how to behave with customers. Came for Aircorn installation and not even touched the unit and started asking for money. Very bad attitude. Will definetly suggest to avoid this company. Don't do it – Paid almost $900 for air con installation was told the unit was too small, they wouldn't do the job and if they were to return it would be another $400. That's extortion. Awaiting for my money to be refunded. Thinking of using Crowlz? You'd be better off using dodgy brothers. Don't do it. Show details

Professional, Timely, Courteous – I hired Crowlz to install a 98 Inch TV on the upper floor Movie room of my house. Crowlz was recommended by Good Guys. strategy to carry it safely (both to people and new house) to the upper floor. The operation required 4 people to carry and install the TV. They quoted $500 to move (incl. a Chandelier removal and refitting) and $460 for the installation using a provided wall bracket. Crowlz was very concerned about not damaging the TV and the walls and bannister of the house.
The 4 people came on another date right on time. They put their plan into action. A Chandelier above the Stairwell was temporarily removed to make way for the large package. The operation to move it upstairs took about 10-20 minutes. No damage was done to any property. The Installation started afterwards.
Job was completed with the 98 inch TV fitted to the wall with all connections. The team cleaned up the placed before leaving.
I thought the experience with them was awesome. They stretched their effort by moving (although at a cost) the TV upstairs despite being Electricians.
However a power point got behind the new TV and prevented me from plugging a Home Theatre System under the TV. They were told that this system will be connected via an HDMI from the TV. I had to get them again to get a double GPO installed on the wall under the TV. This cost $565 incl. remove the 62 Kg 'beast' off the wall and adding a double GPO and fitting the 'beast' back. I would have imagined that they should have noted the power requirement during the assessment and would have done it in the initial installation which would have saved me about $150.
Overall the guys are friendly, timely, professional, and have a positive attitude to challenging work. I would recommend them to anybody. When I compared their prices with some electricians who did similar work at my place, the prices appeared to be reasonable. The Installation of Double GPO normally costs $450, but these guys charged me $565 incl. removing the heavy TV and putting it back on the wall.
Dishonest Crooks - – These people were egaged to install a range hood at my house. They completed a faulty installation and in the process caused damage which they didn't own up to. They then started ignoring my calls and emails so essentially, they got paid for causing damage. Show details

job was around 16.5k......eye watering! As a flipper I know first hand costs & materials have increased, but not to that extent. Feel like it was a "having a lend" or "nope, don't want the job". Either way have lost me/my jobs going forward. PREVIOUS REVIEW - I gutted a property in Croydon and had [Name Removed] come to view and provide a quote to completely rewire, move the switchboard to my preferred location, install 2 a/c's (one of which I had already purchased), install a plethora of p/p's, downlights, a Tastic and outdoor spotlights all to my specs. I was doing the work in stages and Crowlz accommodated me, my trades & timeline to perfection. The first rough in happened as promised, the final rough in and switchboard which included two live powerpoints for me to have electricity while I reno'd, done exactly when I asked. The fit off, even though the property was not technically ready for final, was done on the day promised and Damien and his team worked tirelessly and in the rain until 4.30pm in the dark to ensure the job was done. I was mighty impressed! They have already booked a tentative date for post kitchen solid surface bench top & tiling for powerpoints & light switches, oven & cooktop fitoff and I know if I am ready on the day, Damien will be there at 7am on the dot! I can highly recommend Crowlz. Neat and tidy, holes cut carefully & properly sealed (brick facade) and clean up after themselves. Stay away from an inconsiderate owner like this – Crowlz Electrical. No follow-up call to book a time, lied and said he tried to call me multiple times after the initial contact. Crooks robbing you of your hard earned cash – I hired these guys to install 2 x split systems at my property. I was charged the following: $799 to install a small split system in a bedroom upstairs. $879 to install a big split system in the living room downstairs. $200 to decommission the old units. as I knew these were not basic back to back installs. I knew the bedroom split system condenser was required to be fitted to the roof, and the living room split system was to be installed on an internal wall, approximately 4m away from the outdoor condenser.
I received a subsequent invoice requiring me to pay an additional $1800 on top of what I already paid, to cover the costs of the additional materials (that’s $3678 total). I thought that was a bit rich, but I didn’t complain and paid it anyway.
When I received photos of the completed job from the tenant, I was shocked. The living room split system was installed at the edge of the room (see attached photo for reference).
Why did I pay that much more for additional materials for what is essentially a, ‘back to back,’ install?
I called the company right away and explained to them the issue. I was told that they installed it there as per my approval.. WHAT?! That’s just a flat out lie. There was no way I would’ve agreed to that.
Yes, I was advised that if they were to place the unit where the old one originally was, that they’ll need to create further holes to be able to feed pipes and cables through - although I wasn’t keen at first, I asked them to provide me with a quote regardless to make it work (hence, what I thought the additional $1800 was for).
I didn’t make this review in haste - I gave them over a week to rectify, but all I heard was crickets. I’m so unhappy, disappointed and feel robbed. How do you justify charging me $3678 for this?

Very professional installers – I recently had 2 young lads from Crowlz attend my house to wall mount 2 TV's. They were by far the most professional and polite trades I have ever met. They were very helpful with advice as to where they should be installed, and the job was done with care and no mess. Solar panel and battery installation – These guys were great! Turned up on time or slightly earlier, worked hard to get everything done in one day. Two guys worked tirelessly on the roof in 30 degree heat. Very polite and well mannered. Luke came back the next day to commission the system, went thru it all with me and checked all work. Stay away – We had a split system installed.The guys hit a water pipe.My mattress was wet and carpet wet.We understand things happen but no offer to help dry carpet or mattress. Made a complaint to owner but solution was for us to turn ducted heating on to dry.Poor service would never go with these guys again Show details

Very poor service – Crowlz came to measure for a new convection cooktop. They removed the oven and the existing cooktop and somehow managed to get the measurements wrong.
