CRUST PIZZA CHARNWOOD. PERFECT!!!! Arrived hot and fresh in a very timely manner. The pizza was superb. And the chicken bites were a huge hit with my husband. I love the apple pie bites too. All in all 10/10 Show details
Crust outlet in Orange NSW. The food prep area is filthy. Overflowing bun, no sign of running water. Bench area littered with various topping lying about. ‘Manager’ who handled money with gloves still on, then proceeds to the food prep area. Swigging from a can of coke. Other workers scoffing pizza as they work. Floor filthy - areas look unswept for months. Time for some standards. Show details
This was my first time trying Crust Pizza and overall it was a decent experience. The pizza and BBQ chicken were both enjoyable and tasted good, so I was happy with the main items. However, I was quite confused by the lotus biscoff scrolls. They came as plain dough pieces with a small container of biscoff spread on the side, rather than having any… Read more
filling inside or a gooey texture like the description from the app. As a first-time customer, it didn’t really match what I thought I was ordering. Other than that, the food was still okay, but I hope the dessert presentation can be improved in the future.

Choking customers on Hairy Artichoke – I received my signature veggie pizza with artichoke full of hairs, cut into small pieces where each slice hurt like needles piercing through tongue. When complained, I received an answer, we will be careful next time, no reimbursements for current order, no care of customer safety. I m never gonna order again from here. Show details
Every time we order Crust we don’t get what we order – I ordered a vegetarian supreme, where the mayonnaise sauce is one of the most important flavours on the pizza. My pizza arrived without the sauce. I rang and checked with the store and was told that someone was in a hurry and just forgot to put the sauce on. The solution was to give me a voucher for future purchases. I told them not to bother;… Read more
there is no point accepting a discount on a substandard product to be received in the future. This is not the first time that we haven’t received what we ordered; just the first time I’m making a public complaint.

I really like crust pizza, it is the best. I would rate their service 10/10, as Syanne, who works there, was very polite and delivered the service well. We would definitely go back to indulge in their yummy pizzas. Thank you for the great service, and Syanne, you are a wonderful worker. Highly recommended, Show details
I found their website extremely easy to navigate, there was no need to sign into some other site for delivery and the pizza was terrific as it as always been. The delivery person was friendly and polite. I will always order from this pizza place. It was very easy compaired to other sites. Show details
Came in to pick up a phone order. Was extremely busy and I ended up waiting at least an extra 30 minutes, but one guy came out to apologise and tell me they were in the oven. Then gave me free drinks without me asking. Excellent customer service and pizza was fantastic as usual Show details

New management. Store used to be awesome great food and service. I get pizza maybe once a month so I like to enjoy my pizza! My two pizzas were cut by a child. 3cm thin slice and the opposite side had a massive just under a whole quarter slice. Hardly any topping you could see the base of the pizza. Didn't even put enough cheese to cover the gaps… Read more
they missed. Stingy. I gave the pizza to my chickens. This happened twice. After years of buying crust I now advise people to avoid them. A few crust stores around Canberra have been managed by indians specifically. these are facts. My business used to supply and install security systems to the crust Pizza shops in Canberra, I've dealt directly with owners and managers/staff i know what im talking about. Quality has gone LOW! I bought pizzas from ALL the crust stores in canberra and have been given free pizzas As my business has installed or upgraded the security systems and cameras at 4 stores. I know what I'm talking about.New management has ruined the crust in canberra , disgusting. Way to ruin a good franchise with garbage quality. A shame.
The very first time I ordered this pizza I was very Impressed, spent $60 on tow pizzas, was fresh and hot and highly enjoyable for our guests, So I thought OK, lets do that again. Never again. Today the Pizza was Horrible, Cold and Old , I am only 5 minutes away, so i was expecting some fresh lunch, It looked OK, but after i had to reheat it… Read more
twice, Just awful and we threw both pizzas in the garbage. If one goes and collects it themselves, it may be good. But to rely on these drivers, and we all know what they do, its like throwing your money down the toilet. sorry I am out forever,

Rozelle - ordered online. Advised it would be 10 minutes. Arrived 15 minutes to pick up and our pizza hadn't even been made. One guy working, couldn't give a d#mn and started making our pizza. Too busy servicing Uber Eats orders!!! Show details

Absolute RIP off! Have you seen how large a large pizza is!?????? Oh and you cant use your loyalty card unless you order via app. So when someone is going the get them in store for us they cant scan a barcode like most other companies. We are disloyal unless we use their online ordering system. Fantastic. Won't be returning. Pizza was bare and cold Show details
Ordered crust pizza tonight from Crust Turramurra, two extra large pizzas. I would be lucky if there was one piece of pineapple on each slice and few scattered pieces of ham, so mostly cheese & dough. Similar with my partner’s Surpreme pizza which would be lucky to have three ingredients on it, we were very disappointed and won’t be back. Show details
Ordered a pesto chicken club pizza last night, minus the avocado with artichoke added from the Joondalup branch. It was undercooked, no pesto at all, instead it had mayo on it and not 1 piece of artichoke. Very disappointed, is an understatement!! Show details
$100 for 4 disks of dried pizza crust topped with the desiccated remains of what may have been, at one time, edible food. I ordered the 'pizzas' at 4pm (30 August 2025) for a pickup time of 6:15pm at the Taringa Brisbane shop. In an effort to ensure they would be fresh when picked up, I arrived 5 minutes early expecting I would be there when they… Read more
came off the conveyor belt. I was 'way' too late. They were already boxed and sitting on top of an oven. On arrival at home four minutes later, I discovered that the claimed "Gourmet" pizzas were probably processed a very long time before the pickup time. and I was very embarrassed to place these dry tasteless objects on the table for my family to eat. It has been years since I last purchased Crust 'Gourmet' Pizzas (from a Gold Coast store that has subsequently closed). But at that time, the pizzas had been very good. The photos on the web site seem not to have changed, but if this is now the standard of product generally on offer from Crust, they need to face legal consequences.
Crust have lost the plot. They have been offering 2 for 1 for about 3 months now which is a bad sign. Ordered the Chilli prawn and it was awful. Tinned prawns and a total of 8 over eight slices. No Chilli that I could taste. I give them 12 months before they go broke. Show details
We have been purchasing crust pizza since it opened and I have to say very disappointed in the amount put onto the pizza, eg:alot less for the price, and for the very first time both my partner and myself were not well after eating, we had chicken and one that was supposed to be pepperoni but had other food on it. I feel sad to give such a low score but these pizzas were not great Show details
We are regular weekly customers however this was a really disappointing experience. We received the wrong pizza in our delivery order and when we called to let the restaurant know, they refused to send out the correct one. Even more frustrating, the manager refused to speak with us, leaving the staff to say there was nothing they could do.… Read more
Mistakes happen — we get that — but the lack of accountability and basic customer service was really poor. Will not order here again. Also, the mousse was completely frozen.
Disappointing and overpriced. You’d expect it to be magnificent from the images, ingredients and price point but it’s sadly underwhelming and not tasty at all. I just don’t understand how they are still in business. How can you be that ignorant to charge prices like this for rubbish? I’m ashamed to say I’ve tried crust 3 times and each time… Read more
thinking that maybe it will be better next time or maybe I caught them on a bad day. But no, crust is constantly crap. I actually to cry after my most recent experience because I feel like an idiot for being fooled 3 times.

I ordered 6 pizzas for a family occasion and paid $170.00 via online ordering. The computer glitched and I ended up paying twice. I called the store immediately and then had to follow up on another 4 separate occasions for the refund which they never bothered to process. I then had to personally contact head office to request the refund all over… Read more
again which then took another 10 days to process. All in all I waited exactly 1 month to receive my refund of $170; they certainly gave me the run around. Really bad form Crust. Extremely unhappy about this very poor customer service to a long time customer. I won't be returning to Crust pizza again.
Very happy – First time buying Crust in many years (15 years plus from Crust Wilston). Vey impressed, size, filling and flavour A1. A great food experience, thank you.
Indigestion Guaranteed – I was a guest at a friend's house. We ordered 2 pizzas, I asked for just double ham and capsicum, cheese and base. What they sent was ham and capsicum, pepperoni, red onion, pineapple. Who decided I needed indigestion and what made them think I wanted the the pepperoni, red onion and pineapple? If you can't be bothered to make what the customer ordered you shouldn't be in business. Personally I will never order from them again.
Great tasting pizza, pity about it being cold – Pizza has been cold the last two times. The second time I got to the store 10 minutes earlier than the pickup time to ensure a hot pizza. However when I arrived the pizza was ready for pickup and already cold.
Vegans beware – I ordered a vegatarian pizza from doordash and ticked to add vegan cheese and Vegan Aioli and to remove the dairy ingredients and when it arrived it had dairy cheese all over it I paid for the extra vegan cheese I rang straight away and they wouldn't help how could they get that so wrong it was Crust North Parramatta be careful if you are vegan… Read more

Urgent Issue - Glass Found in Pizza from Crust Drummoyne – Dear Crust Drummoyne Management, We have been loyal customers for some time, but today was an absolute nightmare. While eating a peri peri pizza, my daughter screamed in pain after finding a piece of glass stuck in her tooth, which even chipped as a result. Shockingly, we found more glass pieces throughout the pizza. We immediately called your… Read more
store at 7:20 pm, hoping to speak to a manager, only to be told no one was available. While we received an apology, my primary concern is for the safety of other customers who may unknowingly be served pizza with glass. This is an incredibly distressing experience, and we are now worried that several of us may have swallowed glass, as many of us shared the pizza tonight.
This incident has left my daughter traumatized, and we are concerned for our health. We urge you to take this matter seriously and investigate how this could have happened
Pizzas very poor quality and expensive – Ordering was easy and delivery time was fine . But .. we paid $73 for undercooked cardboard bases with minimal ( read stuff all) toppings .. even though it was top range and paid for extras too . So disappointed. Never again . Show details
Never again! – Delivery time quoted as 55 min. After 2 hours, rang the store. "The Driver knocked a couple of times, tried to call you multiple times, then the store tried to call you". Not a single missed message on the mobile. When I called the store, it was "explained" to me that because the store called from a landline, it would not show on my phone as a… Read more
missed called. Utter garbage!
The driver knocked once and dropped the $60 dollars worth of pizzas on a couch on the veranda - See ya!!
