supervisor of the build has explained each step that they are doing. The house is in the final stages of the fit out and so far could not be more ecstatic than the work that has gone into it. We have not picked up a fault and two members of the family are involved in the industry and they could not find it at fault either. They were impressed with the extra work that was put into the frames.

All the way through the process there has been excellent service and communication from all staff. I was invited to inspect the piers, was informed what day the slab would be laid and kept updated all the way through the process. All staff have been courteous and friendly and the site has been kept immaculate.

The quality of the work has been outstanding and all there has been absolute transparency regarding costs. The only additional costs from the original contract have been extra variations that I requested. Otherwise the final amount was per the contract.

Things have run very smoothly and when visiting the site for walk through's the staff have been on time and answered any questions I had. Being the first time I've built a house, I've had lots of questions and they've never made me feel silly for asking any of them.

CSB pride themselves on the quality of their work and their focus on making it personal. I can certainly vouch for both of these. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with and I would be happy to recommend them.

The entire process has been stress free and seamless. I am so excited about coming home to MY home every single day, and while there are no plans to move for a very long time, I would build with CSB again,

Very happy so far! – We are about to start our build and so far we are very happy. All of the office staff have been great in explaining and answering every one of my many questions. Sandro the owner showed us through some completed homes, similar to our design so we could get a better idea of what we were building and we were very happy with the quality of work we saw.
