new build) was less than friendly, quite rude and really did not want to be there. My husband asked him questions about the products and he was arrogant, condescending and rude.

We have waited over 7 weeks for blinds to come in from over East, when there is a manufacturer of the same product in WA and they can make and install in 2 weeks (the identical product). The customer service has been lacking the whole way and to make it worse their installer who came yesterday damaged our brand new walls and said it was 'a new paint issue'. Yet he banged a hammer into the wall quite hard which is when he damaged it.

He was also late and there was no phone call to advise as to why he was late even when I called the office and they couldn't get hold of him. Yet again the tracks were damaged and so were the curtains, so we are now still waiting.

I also received an email from the General Manager saying it was miscommunication between us and them as the installer called my husband to say he was on his way. FACT: The installer did not call my husband before hand nor did he return their office ladies call who I spoke with 90 minutes before and she could not get hold of him. Just plain rude and disgusting customer service. They certainly need to make some improvements when dealing with customers. They will not be getting any repeat business from us nor would we recommend them to anyone.

businesses before deciding to go with Custom Blinds, they are competitively priced and the quality is top notch.

We are delighted with our venetians, roller blinds and exquisite curtains. The curtains in particular make quite a statement as some of them have a more than 3m drop - this provided a challenge to achieve the look we wanted [due to the long drop and in the case of our living room, an opening of greater than 5m width] - and they accepted the challenge and exceeded our expectations throughout.

Our fabulous window treatments are the beautiful finishing touch to our new home and we highly recommend this great team!

once again we are so happy with the product and service we received. The quality and look of the shutters we had installed are fantastic and the back up there product with a 20 year warranty!

Kevin and all the staff were fantastic offering professional advise and service. Kevin guided us through the range of products they have and helped us to choose our shutters. The installers were were very punctual, clean and efficient and provided excellent advice on the aftercare of the shutters.

We would certainly use Custom Blinds WA again and highly recommend them to anybody looking for a window blinds company.

Terrible and aggressive staff – Very unfriendly and aggressive staff , also significant delay. We have to wait for at least 2-3 months. I strongly suggest to go with another company.

Good out the gate ... poor finisher! – Custom blinds was recommended by my building supervisor. Reasonable price for reasonable product. Prompt measure and quote. I spent over $5000. Installer had to return to fit blinds over security device. They charged a call out fee for return visit. Poor customer service. Hope I don't have to use warranty!

Custom blinds are suck – Waited 3mths for our blinds, never told us after we paid our deposit that our fabric is not in stock. Do not recommend them at all.

Great service and product – We went with Custom Blinds on price and quality. The quote process was professional, informative, quick and easy. We had 3 rollers blinds installed in our living area and 1 large roller blind in our activity room. We were very happy with installation and the quality of the product. Terrible company – We have had so many problems with this company but the most recent one is that a blind that we had installed for a week fell off it’s rail. They first blamed our electricians (as it is motorised), then they blamed us as they said we put it down too far. They say we need to pay for a new one. When I rang them the girl on the phone was very rude and hung up on us. Beware of this company.

Excellent all round service – I recently built a new 2 level house but I live overseas so organising anything is difficult. Customs Blinds were extremely helpful right from the start coming straight out to review my needs and measure up and then manufacture and install exactly on the date I wanted it done. The blinds look great so I am extremely happy with the all round service and the finished product.

Very good. No problems – Had two quotes and custom blinds were the best. I went to the Willeton store and spoke to Sue. She was very helpful, even though she was new. Darren did the final measure and he also installed the blinds with Ross, they were both very thorough and professional. They also cleaned up as the did the job. I will recommend them to any one that is interested.

Great product – Very happy customer! Slight delay with receiving blinds but through no fault of custom blinds! Was kept updated the whole way and as soon as stock was on fitter was sent out the next working day. Would recommend
