Poor customer service – This compony all promise but no deliver. Terrible customer service, I am sorry I have ever ordered from then. Product poor quality, delivery service well below standards. Don't use them.

a photo of a gorgeous young girl, and what I got back was something that looked like a template that looked nothing like the photo I sent them. Each time they said they changed it, I got the exact same photo back. Then they had the cheek to say they would only refund part of the amount I paid due to all the time the artist spent on the image - WHAT A SCAM! Absolute waste of time and so disappointed as this was supposed to be a special Christmas gift. I don't believe the positive reviews on this website - I believe they are from related parties based on my experience.

the chain of emails that the errors made were on their part, they refused to provide any refund or correct the product unless I paid an additional charge ... absolute fraudsters and scammers. I even have an email where they flat-out bold-faced lied to me. For a company that claims to be Australian, it would seem from their emails that English is likely a second language. Don't go near this company, they are an absolute disgrace!!!!!!

Terrible! – Wanted my young daughter as a bobble head but it looks like an old woman instead. And they got the hair colour wrong. I don't recommend at all! $180 down the drain. All they will do is a 10% off next purchase, fat chance I'll be buying from them again.

Will definitely ruin your special occasion – My doll was ordered as a father's day gift. Not even look close with the picture I provided. Waste of money and time. Asked for refund and the response was very obvious. NO WE CAN'T

Make one yourself you will do a better job - complete junk – Second everyone else sentiments. Months and months of delay for a terrible product. Honestly either burn your money or have a go at making one yourself. Either outcome will be better than anything you get from bobble head.

TIMES I requested a refund in the back and forth communication. All they do is stall in regards to sending you waste of time emails while they try to push out the product 2 weeks later, just to tell you it shipped and they can't refund you any longer. I'm usually a cool, calm, and casual person that doesnt right reviews good or bad. But this was the worst experience ever. If I could blast this review on every site to help save people's money....I would!!!

the dolls and I approved them all together when that was not true.... I told them to check the actual links they sent me and if they still didnt see that the links were not correct to let me know....they just didnt respond at all and shipped them anyway.

One clearly has blue eyes in the photo and they have made the eyes brown. One has long hair, yet the person does not have long hair in the photo. The quality of this product is nothing like as advertised on their website. Dont be fooled.

They have setup the website to lure people in making it look like they are an Australian business....but beware they are NOT and so customers have no consumer protections....they are just taking peoples money...that is how they get away with providing products not as advertised.

Bobblehead sent with incorrect hair colour – As part of the order images were supplied which showed the person had silvery/blonde hair and a fair complexion. The image you are sent to approve of the head is before hair is added and the complexion looked fine. gift and given current worldwide shipping delays another would not be received in time. I requested a full refund of the price of the doll and this was denied. I was initially offered a 20% refund, after pushback from me this was changed to 30% and then after further pushback asking for a full refund I was offered 40%. The doll cost $139.99AU plus extra for shipping and quicker service and now I am out of pocket the remaining 60% plus another present as I can’t give the person a doll of themself when the hair is the wrong colour.

Their customer service was prompt but refund is not sufficient when the issue with the doll is no fault of my own. I am very disappointed and would not recommend. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional – Asked for a custom Bobblehead for a dark skin person and Bobblehead turned out white and looks nothing like the photo. Love it – I just received my bobble head and its awesome, I was really nervous after all these negative reviews i read after ordering!!!!. I had requested a gold coast suns uniform instead of the other AFL samples. The delay in support and postage tracking was making be a bit suspicious but I could not be happier, its excellent. a good likeness and great quality.

completed body or the head so had no idea they screwed up this badly. The hair they made dark brown and my husband is almost completely white and has very little hair left. I asked more than 5 times throughout the process to change the nose and other features in which every image they sent back looked like no changes were made. It looks nothing like the person its supposed to and I sent them so many pictures. I just cried when I saw this and realised Id thrown away my money when I threw it in the bin. After more than 15 emails back and forth they refused to let me send it back and get a refund, the most they would offer is a 35% refund. I would strongly discourage any purchase from this company. By far the worst online purchase ever and the first time I have ever written a review in my life an absolute disappointment.

with white skin, black cap and no engraved message. At 170$, I'm gutted! Their customer service is hopeless and they have offered me 15 then 30% refund...I've asked for a full refund. I have called Consumer Affairs Victoria but they can't help much... I have now lodged a request for a refund with Paypal... wish me good luck people!!

EDIT: I’ve managed to get a full refund by lodging a claim with PayPal, minus the shipping fees. Very good outcome with their buyer protection!!! I encourage anybody to do the same.

Will never go through this company again – Wish I had read reviews earlier! Worst customer service. Bobble head didn’t look like the photos I sent several times. Didn’t send a pic of final product before sending it out to me. Claimed I never responded within 24hrs, but I did, several times!!!! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Do not use this company poor quality – I purchased a custom design. Despite sending several photos of my husband. They made the likeness with black hair and my husband is BALD. they said the email may not have gone to the production area at the same time as the order and they couldn't guarantee what I would get. It was to be a surprise Christmas present. It did arrive Christmas eve. I was so excited and then so disappointed. It looked nothing like the photos I had supplied. I showed it to a few family and friends and they were asking me what it was and why did I have it. So there was no recognition at all as to who it was supposed to be. I contacted them and said I was not asking for a refund but to receive the product they said they could produce. They just kept saying they were sorry they couldn't do anything and offered me 10% of the purchase price which barely covered freight. After going back and forth I was given 15% refund which was not the point. I ended up with no Christmas present for my husband and it was a massive let down. Stay away from them.

email saying “Great!! Your order was delivered on (date) please check your porch area and places it may have fallen into”... they thought I was complaining that I hadn’t received it. They obviously do not understand English, or even try to, so don’t bother emailing them if something goes wrong!!

I’ve contacted them for a refund but they’ve just replied, ignoring my request, but letting me know they’ve passed my complaint. Total and utter waste of almost $200. Steer clear of this company.

absolute headache. They clearly use another company and are the middle man so have no control over their products. They claim to be an Australian company but are actually located in Hong Kong. Scam company, avoid at all cost.
