They must have rushed my order because the two sides are not aligned and is now loose and the other one has uneven sides where it was cut. Price is reasonable though.

I kept getting Insta ads about a different company in this 'game', whose keyrings are some $50-60 EACH. I found CustomKings shortly after (thanks metadata) and keyrings are about 1/5th the price. Got some for both of my cars and one for my old man too. FAST, I mean FAST delivery and quality is awesome. These kick ^rse!

Ordered an embroidered beanie and the posted product was horrible. Off centre, crooked, really tacky. When I queried the poor job, their reply was that this is normal for the font type and amount of letters printed. When I asked why it was offered as an option then, they blocked my email to 'protect their employees'. There was nothing rude or incorrect in the email at all. Terrible service, and very un-Australian! Definitely do not recommend.

I paid to have some embroidery work done but when I went to pick it up they had not completed the work to my specifications (wrong font type and size). When I requested a refund because the size of the font was significantly different to the font I had requested he offered me a partial refund. because the work was not what I had paid for. I said that if I took the issue to a consumer rights body then I am sure they would find that they were in breach. After this, he said that any offer of a refund was off the table completely. I asked for a copy of their work order that specified the details of my request (font size and type) but he refused to even allow me to take a photo of it on my phone (I suspect because he knew that they hadn't done the work I had paid for). Terrible customer service and basically said that if I came back onto the property again that I would be charged for trespassing. Absolutely would not recommend buying from them, especially because, despite the apparent 4k positive reviews on their website, there is no option to leave a review yourself.
Worst experience – I ordered a plaque for my deceased dog and was sent a plaque with his face all blurred. When sending a photo I was told to post back at which I did at my own cost and then was given a $17 refund (30 percent) as they declare there is no major fault. They didn’t even acknowledge that it was poor quality and they are sorry. They have zero customer service nor regard for their customers

I ordered the black satin pillow case with my daughter name for Christmas and it was just so nice I then went back online and ordered another one with my daughter’s boyfriends name on it for him for Christmas too. Surprised by the extremely good price and the communication regarding delivery was spot on. The day after I ordered them they were being prepared for delivery so excellent service all round.

sure if the error was mine or theirs. I also asked about photo quality, if they check first to make sure the photo was of good enough quality before printing. I received an automated email back within 10 minutes stating my email was flagged as it was inappropriate for the staff to read. The only word in question I can see from my email was the word horrible. So I sent another email asking for someone to please call me. They returned an email saying something to the affect of if I have questions to refer to the website and send photos. So I sent a photo, and in the mean time getting rather upset over the lack of customer service, I went onto their facebook page and left a comment buyer beware, poor customer service. Then I receive an email berating me for being rude, which I wasn't and can prove that. In the end, I will not be sending back the item as you will only receive approx 30 percent of the price back as they take 70 percent for admin fees. No wonder they don't allow reviews on their website, bad ones that is. They claim to have almost 4000 good ones, but if you aren't happy, they don't treat you well at all. Incorrect size and dismissive – Used to size guide the order a medium (61cm), received a medium (63+cm) which according to their size guide is a large. Contacted them, they stated they’d sent the right size, then when I try to respond with the above information and pictures showing the incorrect size with a tape measure they send an automated email saying my email is inappropriate and won’t be responded to.
