Really disappointed with the service. Arrived 5 hours late and my rugs, couch and surrounding carpet area were left absolutely soaking. I spent 4 hours sucking water out of them with my own carpet cleaner over multiple days filling up the tank about 6 times and trying to hang them outside to dry. about a week with everything folded out trying to dry as it ended up being a very wet week. Tried contacting the owner and didn’t receive any responses. Couch and carpet around where the work was done still smells many many weeks on.

transferred the payment, and by the time I got home, my partner had spent ages mopping up the living room. The couches were sitting in puddles of water. It took days for the frames and cushions to dry outside in the sun, even though I was told it would only take a few hours. On inspection, none of the marks were removed, and the couches didn’t smell clean or fresh — it honestly just seemed like they’d been soaked with water. I’ve politely contacted the owner, as well as the person who did the cleaning, but neither will return calls or messages — and I still haven’t received a receipt. I’m hoping there’s no permanent damage to the couch or floorboards, but it’s been a massive inconvenience and an expensive lesson. The reviews here seem pretty telling, and I really wish I’d read them before booking with these guys.
I cancelled the carpet clean after waiting 1.5 hours for someone to let me know when they were coming- arrived almost 2.5 hours late. I did feel sorry for the guy but if you can't be on time at least have some courtesy to let the client know you are running late. After belatedly reading the reviews I was glad I didn't go ahead with these people.

Terrible terrible experience – DO NOT BOOK THESE GUYS, THEY'RE ABSOLUTE COWBOYS!! Stupidly paid cash up front, they literally soaked the carpet with water and ran. The Owner didn't give a rats when I called to complain, he either knows what his sub contractors are up to or he doesn't care. They returned the next day and gave the excuse the "machine broke". Still did an absolute shocking job.

Horrendous – I engaged with D & R Carpet Cleaning to have 3 rugs and 2 couches cleaned. 1 couch had our elderly cat wee on it the night before they arrived. I explained this to them when the 2 arrived. I then noticed 1 left the premises and left the other colleague. they have been touched, and the 3rd, well that had to be thrown out as they used the same water from the cat wee couch on the rug. I went into my loungeroom to find the 2nd colleague has returned and was pouring buckets of water, buckets, onto the couch and water was everywhere. My other couch has been stained beyond repair and it's now yellow (was a pale grey and purchased from Dankz) They then asked for payment which was $100 more than I was quoted. I paid because their reasoning was due to the cat wee. I called them back the next day once the couches were dry and advised and sent photos regarding my grey couch. I was told that due to the material it would need another go over. They sent someone else out. That colleague arrived and told me it looked yellow due to my lighting. I have white downlights. He went over the couch, he then admitted he could see the colouring but then left. I engaged with them a 3rd time and advised that it was not only still yellow, but worse. They asked for photos, I sent them, and they then proceeded to block my number. I called off my son's phone and was answered immediately, then when they realised, I was disconnected and that number blocked also. I then contacted Consumer Affairs, they engaged with them, until they were blocked. This company BLOCKED Consumer Affairs! My next step is the Magistrate Court of WA. PLEASE PLEASE be careful. I am down 1 rug and have a couch that looks like it's been sitting outside for years. Appalling company to deal with. PS they have blocked me on Facebook as I warned others about them. Hoping this helps someone. Noted no receipt was issued.

completed a clean my self on a small patch with dishwashing detergent and the mark came out . See the photo attached , you will note the patch straight through the middle that I did my self .

Poor quality and unprofessional – D and R cleaned my mattress, which my baby had been sick on. However, one of the sides was not cleaned - areas were wet and the rest bone dry, which as a result caused water staining. There were no stains in this area previously. job. I sent an email an hour or so after it had been cleaned, explaining the issue. Received a response saying to phone. When I did so, I was offered no apology or offer to rectify the issue and told to email. Sent another email asking for someone to come back out that day while it was still wet. Received a response saying someone would come the following morning. Replied asking what time and never received a response. Sent another email the following day and was advised someone would come that afternoon and contact me beforehand. Removed all the bedding again in preparation. By 4:30pm no one had been or contacted me. Have since sent two further emails, both of which have been ignored.
Don't use them as it is waste of money – I had my rugs cleaned two days ago. When I put them outside for quicker dry I noticed that they were not cleaned properly (first photo). I send photos to company and they come back to me that they did all cleaning properly and are not going to come and fix it (D&R response). refer to third photo. They wrote back to me saying that I bleach my rug and it possibly damaged fabric. The true is that I properly cleaned it with deep carpet cleaning foam.

Absolutely wonderful job done by Leigh today, carpets look and smell fresh and amazing. Absolute pocket rocket of a gentleman moving stuff around for me as well. Will definitely be booking the couch in next and would recommend them to anyone looking for a carpet clean
Awesom job on our carpets and sofas – Awesome cleaning on both my carpets and sofas. We where so happy with our carpet cleaning that we got them to come out and do our sofas the week later and agin we where amazed at how clean they came out looking.

carpet some 6 hrs later the water squished between my toes in pretty much all 5 rooms. And still the following day at 3.30 when the furniture arrived the floors were too wet to place even the beds in the room. All the furniture has been left in the garage for 4 days up to night due to carpets being so wet and the kids are sleeping on tiled floors on the mattress. The house stinks so bad of dampness not sure when or if they will ever be able to move there things into there rooms. Please be careful.

because who doesn’t love wasting their day waiting around for unreliable service? When their one subcontractor finally arrived (yes, just one), he had absolutely no clue about the multiple messages confirming they would handle moving the furniture. This was particularly needed since my partner is recovering from shoulder surgery, and I am eight months pregnant, the single biggest failure!!!
Their inability to move a few small items, pretending the furniture is glued to the floor. And when we called to express our frustration? Unfazed. Unbothered. Unappreciative of the situation.
Bottom line? Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy being taken for a ride. D & R Carpet Cleaning is the gift that keeps on disappointing.
NOT Recommend! – Do NOT recommend. 2 hours late and took less than half ann hour to just drench my carpets with water but no actual cleaning took place. Tried to reach out multiple time but just ignored.

Fantastic service as always – Just had Darren and Jason clean our carpets, booked them 2 days out before Christmas , turned up on time, worked so quickly ( on a 41 degree day) and were SO friendly and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend ! Thanks guys
Would recommend – Amazing! I had Darren and Jason do my dinning chairs and rug and the difference is unreal. They did an amazing job. I would recommend and will use again. Wish I took a before and after photo of chairs.
Don't use this company – Terrible service. Don't clean the carpets properly, couch left stinking worse than before they arrived. Second time we had them out the guy was 2 hours late. Left carpets soaking wet for days and no cleaner than before they came. Definitely don't recommend!
Fantastic job and brilliant service – I thought my sofa was too far gone to clean but after Mark cleaned it looked fantastic. All the stains have come out and i mean all of them . He has added 5 years of use to the sofa.

The response was very disappointing- no accountability taken "they would never scratch a floor". No compensation offered- just lots of excuses. We got a professional in that said it doesn't look like the sofa was cleaned properly and the rug might be ruined now its been so wet for so long-mould can set in.
ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE – Hired these cowboys to do a carpet clean. Biggest waste of money. Carpets were cleaned with water, left smelling stagnant. No chemicals used to lift oils in high traffic area. Carpets looked no different. Took the bloke 20minutes to 'clean' them. Hallway tiles left soaked with water. Owner/manager was a absolute headache to deal with, cant listen or acknowledge anything. Worst customer service. Dont waste your time or money.
Do not use – A few carpets look no different from before it was done, my mattress is soggy I tried to contact them on Facebook as to why they over charged me but no response

Dont waste your money – Couch looks no different. Was 45 minutes late. In and out within an hour for 2 couches, 7 seats in total. Puddles of water all over the place. Contacted for a fix and were initially responsive but never came and now ignoring us. Dont waste your money. Terribble service.
Very very Very good Carpet Cleaning – They came to do our carpet cleaning and it was very good cleaning. My family sat and watched and we were so pleased with how clean our carpets looked and the friendly man. We will tell all our family. Our relatives also got the cleaning done today and were also so happy with that results

Carpet Cleaning – Had a really pleasant experience with Kearyn. Had a funny laugh and left my apartment so clean. Really good service was willing to move everything around to get into the corners ect. Really great value. Will definitely be asking for Kearyn again
Avoid !!!!! – Absolutely horrible job . Carpets left dirty , soaked , smelling like petrol , first machine broke down and left me with half of the job not done , then someone else came second day , huffing and puffing , the man was incredible inadequate asking me very personal questions and making me incredibly uncomfortable ! They should not be on the market
Great results and very friendly service – Had a last minute clean today and these guys came out at short notice and the cleaning really was unbelievable. I have had them cleaned by other companies but none of those cleans matched the clean I had today.
First Class cleaning – Excellant job done on our carpets and sofas today. They look near new now. We have used them several times now and the work they do is first class always. if these guys cant get your carpets clean then no body can.
Flooded my house carpets not clean refused a refund – Man was 1 hour late, for my vacant clean, he flooded my whole house the carpets are still drenched 3 days later and starting to smell, said he would come re do but didn’t, won’t refund, Realestate’s charging me to get them re done
