The DJI Mini 3 drone is great. It can do a lot, is highly advanced in its programming and is fun to use. BUT THE SERVICE AGREEMENT "CARE REFRESH" PROGRAM IS DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE. It is sold by the D1 store in Australia and the processes for using it are a bit obscure, vaguely worded and can be frustrating. If you are purchasing any DJI drone then make sure to sign up for the care refresh cover WITHIN 48 HOURS.

D1 is an authorised retail store of DJI and they process all the repairs and warranty claims. My DJI Osmo Pocket 3 was purchased via JBHiFi. I had an issue with the gimbal within the warranty period. Called D1 store, as per their direction, took it to JBHifi, they had a look at it, did the paper work, in and out in minutes with a replacement. Best… Read more

Looking for drone, action camera and Gimbal – I did a lot of You Tube watching on the items I was interested in and then looked at reviews to purchase as wanted to go into a shop to see them. service and did not hurry me even though other customers came into the shop. I bought the DJI mini 3 pro and I had some follow up questions a few days later as a special sale came into my emails. I sent an email and first thing Monday I had a call from Ryan and the conversation ended with total satisfaction from me. Due to the great customer service from Ryan I went down again to the store and bought a DJI Osmo Pocket 3, Osmo Mobile 6 Gimbal.
Worst retail experience ever! – Place an order online for a gimbal I needed for a shoot in a week's time. Could be better services – Not happy with how my order was handled for a Mini 3 drone. was told that it was instock as the flymore yet after making payment, email came to me saying i now have to wait as none in stock!! What kind of of rubbish is this and why no accuracy on the D1 webstore of stock instead of misleading people? Should have just gone into the Carousel, would have been easier! Show details

One of the best customer service I ever received in Australia – I purchased Mavic Mini 3 Pro. Online chat was really efficient and priced match for me in a minute. they offered me discounted RC control to solve the problem. I went to the shop and they fixed the problem with big smiles on their face. Cannot be happier with the service I receive from them.
D1 Store is the Dji store of choice – It is great to find Dji for sale at many places, such as JB HiFi, camera store or electronic stores such as Harvey Norman and Good Guys. Personally, however, I would recommend always buying from the official D1 Store aka Dji Store. and are themselves keen enthusiasts. While not required for recreational use, some of their staff are licensed RPA pilots! Why would any one go anywhere else is a mystery to me! The authorised repair centre of Dji is D1's headquarter, the Brunswick store and it almost feels like their staffs rotate between stores. You are talking to people who know Dji when you are in a D1 Store! Not someone who immediately asks you to please go to manual and website and care little more than taking your money.
Dji does not usually give discount other than what is published on its website, available through all the retailers anyway. You want to buy from one who is able to give you some tips and insights on which drone to choose, maintenance tips, accessories tips, flying and video tips. Will the store manager is a licensed RPA pilot, [Names Removed] are some of the guys I have dealt with and found them most wonderful! When I had problem with the controller, they helped to debug the problem and put in warranty claim for me for repair. When I crashed my drone, they bent over backwards to get me a good deal, sent the drone between stores to make it easy for me, minimising my down-time, and threw in extra accessories, totally unexpected. Absolutely amazing.
Drone flying is a very much growing hobby and industry with a lot of rules and regulations to navigate. You want to explore and talk to the people who know their stuff. As a very happy customer, I have found shopping at Dji stores a very enjoyable experience and I frequent the Dji stores aka D1 Stores regularly.

Relationship with official dji store is poor! – Relationship with official dji store is poor, unable to explain why after inspection they Cant raise an RA and return the product which was faculty out of the box L. Became abusive when asked what limitations they have with DJI. GLOATED about being a top sales guy, but asked me to leave when questioned when about technical supporting and out of the box faults. Easy to order online, very helpful staff – Well this review only centers on ordering as I haven't yet received my order but don't expect any issues.
