Cant live without it – Our split system is perfect for us. We couldnt live without it. It is easy to use, very effective for both heating and cooling and looks good. We had no problems installing or with its function so far. It is quiet and all of its features are very useful for us.  Show details

So cheap to run!!! I love it – I live in Tasmania and use mine 90% for heating. I leave it on during the colder months, set it to 21 at night and drop to 17 during the day. its quiet and super reliable. Its MUCH cheaper than buying fire wood!!! i use it to warm my whole house ( its a small 3 bedroom ) and it only adds $250 a quarter for power!!!! i adore it!!!  Show details

Really great for this north qld heat – We recently had this installed and it is great its super quiet which is good because we have a baby and it gets cool very quickly it has an easy to use remote and lots of different functions and settings i want to buy another one for our main bedroom before the next hot season  Show details

Great air con unit for a small apartment – The air con cools and heats up a roughly 80m2 apartment fairly quickly. It isn’t too loud when turned on for a long period of time. The settings on the remote control is easy to understand and use. Didn’t need to refer to the manual too often when I was setting it up. And most importantly, the electricity bill hasn’t skyrocketed outta control during the summer!  Show details

Perfect – I love this air con. Extremely quiet. Works very quickly. Both heating and cooling are perfect. Installation process was extremely easy just have to be aware of where the pipe outside runs to. I cut mine off just above the ground and put a bucket underneath to catch the water.  Show details

Fit for purpose, as described by manufacturer – We had this air conditioning unit installed in our investment property in south west WA. Sales and service up front was fantastic from local dealer, installation perfect. Unit operates as advertised, relatively quiet outdoor unit and whisper quiet indoor operation. good value – Second daikin unit that ive purchased. Nice & quite unit that heats & cools my 2 bedroom unit comfortably . Easy to control unit & easy to clean unit. Outside unit is abit bigger than my old one so did have to move the position, but the installers made light work of it. Would recommend a daikin to anyone considering a heat pump.  Show details

Great for cooling – The unit is good for cooling. We used in the late part of the summer and it was good to cool the house. Terrible quality and service – We bought this unit brand new just over a year ago. It is already broken, requiring a service technician. However the service is terrible. unanswered. As disappointing as it is to have a unit break down in such a short space of time, the sloppy post sales service compounds an already disappointing experience.

Dud Daikin FTXS60LVMA – Recently at great expense I installed a Daikin, but I am being driven mad by the double clicking of the indoor unit every 2 hours when it is not in operation. The clicking can be heard above the TV! Nobody else I have spoken to with a Daikin has this noise. to the energy saving device! Extremely unhappy. Would not recommend getting a Daikin to anyone. Would be interested if anyone else has this clicking noise.
