very poor in fact no after sales service . my bedroom AC is non functional in this heat and humid co – Bought Split 1.5 ton in April 2014 conked off on 10th July 2014. Lodged complaint, two engineers came , diagnosed compressor gone and walked off As if by repeated visit the unit will start working.Since then nothing done. I am out of my Bedroom since 11th July in this sweltering heat of Delhi. Brand DAIKIN thinks we buy AC as wall decorations, but truly they are not even wall decorations. unit running it keeps the whole house perfectly cool. And surprisingly, we can see no blip on the power bill when the additional unit is running so it can;t be using as much power as it is quoted at. Once the house reaches temperature it seems to idle along quite nicely. Easy to operate, reliable, effective. Outside fan noise is high. Be sure to place it somewhere where it won't disturb.

This is the Rolls Royce of air conditioners and well worth every cent we spent. It was very efficiently installed by Camberwell Electrics.

In summary, this is the best purchase we have made in the past 20 years (at least). Cannot praise it enough. Everything. This is a wonderful unit. The finer points of the remote control can be a bit confusing. I don't doubt that it's working perfectly, we just lack the patience to study the instructions to master all the functions.

Bad – been in for two months only way to turn on is at the breaker in the meter box. stops working after about 15 minutes, blowing hot air, trying to get the company out to fix it thats another story. Stay away also have fujitsu for about 9 years never skips a beat should have stayed with what I know not getting sucked into buying a daikin looks good not working, price for what you get,
