Brilliant customer service! I rang as my heater controller was blank. The kind gentleman on the phone suggested it could be the battery and instructed how to take the backing plate off and replace the batteries. It worked! Thank you Dale Air! Show reply

call after call to get them out to do the install and work with the builder. They would show up without anything to install and say “ o we don’t have our stuff we will need to come back, then never show up again till I would call and call, at which point they would then tell me I need to book in again and best they could do is in 3 weeks.
The install Job was so poorly done, they had no communication with each other, or any idea of what they were doing.
It has been 4 months since it was completed and I still don’t have heating, they show up, do 1 thing, still won’t work, say they will be back next week, don’t show up, I call and call, they have no idea what is going on, or what the job is. Then say “o we will have to book you in again, which is then 2 to 3 weeks later. I have now been without heating for 4 months; my family is freezing. This is what you get on a $40,000 job with these guys. Peter and Terry are a joke to deal with. This really is one of the worst companies out there Stay away, don’t make my mistake, sales team knows who to talk the talk, then it all comes to an end, owner and rest are useless and have no care at all. If the owner doesn’t know this is going on, then he really needs to wake up before he gets sued They have no idea on what they are doing, they go through installers faster than anything I have ever seen. This is a very poorly run company. This is the type of company that needs to be closed down, a con company. I am now looking into what legal steps I can take just so I can have heating .

Changing over from our ducted gas heating/cooling AC to the new Daikin system was faultless. unit. This was done effortlessly without a hitch. Allen and Zabi and the younger helper worked tirelessly all day and completed the job by 4pm. A credit to their workmanship and attention to detail, very pleasant , well mannered and explained the Airtouch5 panel and ability to control remotely with iPhone app. Would recommend Dale without reservation for the professional way they conduct their business and their instal team who were first class.
Thanks to Steve and team at Dale Airvery for installing the heater at my mother inlaws today. She said the boys were so respectful and cleaned up after installing. They showed her how to use it, she is so impressed that she has given your company details to management for any other residents at the retirement Village who might need heating or cooling. Dale Air were recommended by a friend who used them in the past for a ducted install. I am glad I got in touch with Patrick from Dale Air as my discussion with him made my decision to go with them much easier. being mixed up however, a technician (Brandon) was sent over and was fantastic to deal with and addressed every little query or issue I had.
We opted for an 18kW Panasonic ducted 1phase unit paired with AirTouch 5 and after about 1 week of testing it and running through its paces on a few hot days and cold night (8degrees). The unit performed really well and reasonably efficent.
Note: if you can afford to spend the extra on AirTouch 5 and zone every space in your property (including bathrooms), do it! You will not regret it as the air modulation AirTouch 5 provides for each zone will make your time in that zone much more pleasant especially when you are sleeping.
Would I use Dale Air again? Absolutely, even though they were not the cheapest out there, when it comes to ducted systems, having a great design and installers are much more important than the brand of the AC unit as some would let you believe. The Team from Dale Air definitely provided a level of confidence and communication none the other installers I contacted did.

excellent after sales service, – We've had our Evap cooling unit for a year. When the handpiece was stuck in the wall holder Dale came around and removed it for me. He installed new batteries and had it running again in 5 minutes. The cooler SCE170 has been an excellent product for us. Show reply

Great advice, pricing, product, install and service – We were replacing our ducted gas and add-on aircon with a fully ducted electric system. We got lots of quotes. Some people did not want to look at a townhouse. Most were too expensive. Dale were very informative and helpful in the quote process, and were also by far the cheapest along with one other supplier. bit 'shady, for example they were not going to remove the old gas system but just leave it in the roof, etc. Dale were as professional and probably more helpful than any other we talked to. They gave us a multi zone system with sensors in each room for the same price that other installers were offering a much weaker and less featured system. For example giving us a Japanese made larger system at 18kW, when others were offering 16kW or even 14kW for the price, which would have been far too weak. Their install team was fantastic. Like an army campaign, first came the courier with parts, then workers, the plumber and an electrician came, and had the whole install completed by 4pm, extremely neatly and efficiently. In particular their electrician was able to run conduit very cleverly so as to hardly show. The was one minor problem detected after install. We were impressed to receive immediate call backs that evening and the next morning, including a contact by Steve Dale himself. The installers fixed the problem the next day in about 40 seconds. The system is now quiet, powerful, fully panel and phone app controlled. Can't believe how powerful, efficient and quiet this thing is. Thank you Dale Air!

Terrible experience – Apart from the installation, horrible experience with everything. I had reversed duct heating cooling system installed weeks ago which was not working as it should work/told by the sales person. They fixed the problem with a voluntary upgradation today and said I can pay the original invoive price. Paid the outstanding in full after that. Then… Read more

And very horrible experience talking with the owner who threaten me saying that things can get worst and the warranty will not cover if I donot pay them the variation.
I never thought a business own could threaten their customers and behave this way. Reported to law enforcement agency today.

Avoid this company – I paid a $4233 deposit on a ducted system mid December with Dale Air. They gave me a install date of 2/2/24 so I took 12 hours annual leave as I am a shift worker. I contacted them the day before the install date to ask what time the will be here and was told head office will contact me sometime that day. Unfortunately this did not happen. And as… Read more

I have contacted them and was told they have a employee that keeps mixing up the dates.When I explained that this has cost me 12 hours annual leave there response is not there problem and if I want the system installed I now need to take another 12 hours annual leave. After 7 week wait I can not comment on the installation as it has not happened but from my experience so far I am not expecting much.I have asked for the new installation date in writing so I can book more annual leave but at this stage will only give the date verbal so still have no idea when they are coming????My advice to anyone looking at using this company is don't!!!!
Very impressed – We had our old heating and cooling swapped over to electric with the help of the rebate and great advice from Daleair. The installation team were fantastic, they happily sang to the radio, were very polite and they cleaned up afterward. The new system is fantastic and we look forward to seeing the savings in winter. Poor service – We installed evaporative cooling last year and I made several call about the noise coming from one of the vent , it has been 4 months still no one contacted with me. Very poor servicing .do not recommend.
Very good customer service but very dodge installation! – They were very nice who looked after me while purchasing the system. But the installers were in rush. they settled the machine but didnt remove the old system. they made 8 new outlets beside the old outlets instead of using the ones. they came to remove the old system after a month but they removed only the old machine not the aluminium foil… Read more
ducts... Also they didnt put water drain pipe and whole water comes from the machine spreading on the concrete. Concrete turned to green in 2 months... I am very regretted to purchase from them and i paid $10300 for the system...
