Our Design Consultant, Simone Carter, was fabulous to deal with in the planning phase. Simone managed to tick all the boxes in our brief and we really liked her design ideas and enthusiasm for the project.

We then met Katy Wynne who managed the pre-construction process and found Katy to be similarly enthusiastic. Katy was also very helpful and professional in managing the variations required throughout the project.

Beau Maister, our Site Manager, was great at keeping us informed throughout the build process. Beau managed the build through to early completion and his attention to detail and care for our home was impressive. We were living nearby and able to monitor progress on a regular basis. Beau was readily available and happy to deal with our many questions. When issues arose, they were tackled professionally and swiftly.

We received positive feedback from neighbours regarding onsite progress and professionalism of the many trades people who attended the property.

Overall, we had a great experience with Dale Alcock - in particular the communication, professionalism and transparency of the team. We are delighted with the transformation of our home and expect to enjoy it for many years to come.

Consultant (Highly recommended) Initial consultation with Steve went very well - he is an extremely skilled designer and very approachable - we quickly arrived at a practical design which met all our criteria. Design changes were incorporated without hassle and good advice was always available.

Katy Wynne - Preconstruction Coordinator Initial product and colour choices and follow-up coordination were well managed by Katy.

Chris Veitch - Site Manager (Highly recommended) As well as an approachable, friendly and professional, Chris's master planning, coordinating and checking meant that the building activities were packed into the time very well - there were very few days without at least one trades person on the job. Chris's attention to detail and compliance to standards and quality meant that a solid trust was built up between us quickly and the result was 'getting it right the first time' without stress. Changes we requested were smoothly incorporated without issue. Timely notice of coming activities was greatly appreciated. An excellent job.

We are intending to do a renovation next, and will definitely be choosing Dale Alcock for this - dependent on access to both Chris and Steve. :)

Great Granny Flat Building Experience – Excellent customer service throughout design and building process of our new Granny Flat in our backyard. Communication by the building manager kept us fully informed at all times throughout the building process. The project stayed on time and on budget despite weather challenges during winter. at the promised day and time. The two managers (one was called Blake sorry forgot the other guys name haha) came round often checking and kept us in the know with everything that was going on. OK! now you have got that the timing and communication was 100% let's get down to the work done. Brilliant! everyone is so envious , it is a fabulous extention and great quality. Time wise I think it was finished earlier than quoted but who's whinging. Everything about the staff and workmen we met in this crew is five star, you cannot fault Dale Alcock. people take pride in their different trade areas of expertise and each separate trade had done wonderful work in their presentation of completed works. Upon encountering them on site during their specific build they where all happy and had positive attitudes. They seemed proud of their individual workmanship and their area of the renovations and were happy for me to come to site and inspect the progress. All trades were pleased to be working for DAHI and involved in bringing the project together as a team. I am sure that this reflects Blake and the high standard of work ethic he expects from the guys and they all had a mutual respect for his managerial skills as they delivered on the finished product, which was so very pleasant to witness.
