Bought many fruit trees , still not growing, even though I'm feeding and watering regularly....
I've been ordering plants from them over the last few years. The plants have always been good quality, and packaged well. I recently had an rare ssue, the staff went above and beyond to resolve the issue.
I was absolutly amazed with my Japanese Maple purchased online from Daleys. I have never received a plant online to be so well packed and looking as fresh as the day it was packaged. Plant was as advertised.
Warranty should be better – Previous experiences were fine. You need to carefully rear the very limited warranty ,
Native Tree planting..Perfect – I have purchased over 50 native Tree from these amazing ppl. I only have 50 more to order and my tree property will be a perfect foot print to leave behind. Thank You Daley's nursery.. Love ur work..
Disappointing customer service – Purchased a pomegranate tree which arrived 15 days after dispatch notice 7 days after estimated delivery, rootball completely dry and not a single leaf left on tree. Contacted Daleys who advised that this was due to the stress of being transported and said to let them know if it doesn’t bud next season. Will never buy on line again just have to live in hope now that they are right and it recovers
Still the same great service and products – I first purchased from Daley's 20 years ago.i planted a full orchard and everything was perfect. I've just started a new project buying a lime and lemon from them and it's great to see the same quality and great service still exists I can only highly recommend this nursery to anyone and everyone
Strawberry Runners – I placed an order that was advertised to be in stock. Later I was advised not in stock Revised order that was delivered. Very weak small plants Spent $65 Repotted Not one survived.
Fruitless – We've been waiting all winter for signs of life on our Gingko Biloba tree and it's been a fruitless waste of time... the tree we purchased from Daley's is dead wood! Not a bud to be seen!
Low chill cherrys – Bought 2 expensive, bare root, low chill cherry's. One two way Minnie Royal and Royal Lee and one Royal Crimson. Both dead within 6 months. Should have been ok for my warm temperate climate? Shame as other plants from this supplier doing well. Don't waste money on these plants.
Online purchases – Bought a haas avo, kensington pride mango, 2 x blueberries, 1 x chilli and a ginger. The avo and mango were my main purchases. Really disappointed on arrival. Both tipped and smallish root growth. I get it to fit in the packaging but had no idea they would arrive like that a full price. Lesson learned do not buy fruit trees online, go there. Delivery was good, did take a while, if you're in a hurry maybe buy elsewhere.
Excellent in every respect – Always excellent products I have purchased Over 60+ fruit trees in the past years all are Healthy and fruiting well
Healthy Plants – We have purchased from Daleys several times over the past few months, and have been very pleased with the quality of the plants that we have received. All have arrived healthy, and professionally packed. Even the courier company that they use (Aramax) have given good service, which is unusual for them. All of the plants that we have purchased… Read more
have established well, and are growing nicely. Daleys have a wide variety of plants available, including hard to get varieties. If they are not in stock, then register your email address, and when the plant is back in stock they will notify you. This worked well with our recent purchase of a vanilla vine.

Very happy – Put on a contact when available email for cherry lapins slow to respond to 1st email (my bad)Recieved another email approximately 2 months later alerting me stock available again, ordered 2, email response great alerting me to each stage until posted. My cherrys arrived 3 days later in great condition. Followed advice offered in Dalys… Read more
instructional videos on there website. My lovely cherry trees are planted and flourishing, throwing bud almost straight away. Will happily recommend and will use again in the future. Thankyou
phone contact would be great – Daley's has a great reputation. however the courier company used is useless!! it was Aramex, who did not follow directions to my home and lost/misplaced my pitaya cactus. given I am a pensioner I can I'll afford a blunder, by a courier, like that. please Daley become contactable by phone too, instead of just asking customers to email you, it doesn't help in times of upset.
Amazing postal service – Over the last few years I have purchased loquat trees and dwarf avocado trees. The service is second to none, these guys have it all worked out. Excellent varieties, extremely healthy young trees, excellent packaging and service, can’t fault, So happy, thank you for your service!!
Wonderful service and great quality plants – Daley's is a terrific nursery with great quality plants and helpful staff. You really can't go wrong going with Daley's. A1 in my book.
Low quality plant, sick and infected by scale, yellowing leaves, leaves are usually bottle green – I have purchased many plants from Daley’s for many years. I recently purchased a plant that was in poor quality and suffering from a scale. I emailed with pictures. However this was not taken seriously and Danielle wrote an email putting it down to shipping. I wrote again explaining the scale and the the whole plant is sick with scale and… Read more
yellow from top to bottom. So as plant growers, Daley’s accepts no responsibility, as is easy to do with this online business. I will never purchase from Daley’s again. It’s one thing sending a sick plant, but without any backup customer service when pictures clearly show a yellow sick plant, this business is shabby and dismissive. No one is more disappointed than myself, I expected more from this company that I have been a customer with for many years.
Slow shipping – Ordered my fruit trees over 2 weeks ago. I asked for an update of when my plants can be dispatched. they could not provide due to a high backlog, and apologise for the delays. My advice to Daleys, temporarily stop pushing out your plants when you do not have sufficient people resources to deal with increasing demands.
Perfect in every way – Daleys has got an extensive plant list. Also, their plant packaging is excellent, my plants arrived in great condition. I am stocked!! Highly recommended!
Super easy. Plants arrived health and within 5 days – Fantastic service. I had never previously purchased plants online and was shocked by how easy it was to order and have the plants delivered. All within 5 days to have delivered to my door in Victoria. Plants all look very healthy.
Well trusted company, Daley’s fruit trees nursery – I live in Melbourne. I ordered a few fruit trees which are hard to find in Melbourne but Daley’s fruit tree nursery was the company I relied on to provide to me very healthy , rare fruit trees... like the wax jambu (red) which I pre-ordered and lucky I got a 60 cms healthy plant which is sitting proudly in the back yard. Good service.… Read more

Fantastic – Beautiful healthy plants, very well packaged, arrived much faster than the tracking number indicated. Great range of plants, well priced and it was super easy to order. Will shop here again real soon.
Have always been very helpful and thorough with plant packaging – I have been to a lot of nurseries both online and in person, and although I cannot comment on Daleys actual nursery yet (due to distance), their online nursery is great. I like that they provide a lot of info on their plants and have different size options for budget. I was after Macadamia trees (they are very hard to source) and I did have to… Read more
wait months for the ones I was after (dwarf and gouros), but I put my name down and true to form, I received an email when they were ready for sale. For one, I missed out (they sold out quicker than I expected) but received another email when the next batch was ready so I purchased as soon as I got the email. I have purchased 2 times online so far (and have also purchased their fruit trees through a local nursery). Both packages arrived within a day or two (much quicker than I was expecting actually), well packed, and the plants did not suffer or dry out during delivery. Daleys provided planting instructions, as well as instructions on removing the plants from the box (as they are packed in tight so they don't fall over - I appreciate that). There was a lot of plastic though - plastic bags and tape, I guess there's not really a way around that. I have asked a few questions online before and always gotten a reply (sometimes within an hour or two, sometimes in a day or two). I would always rather go to a nursery in person to choose plants, but sometimes it's just not possible so I appreciate they post to save a very long drive.
Misleading ads – I bought dwarf avocado wurtz from them, delivered and i saw 2 different label on the tree. First label is original label avocado wurtz (semi dwarf, 4 to 10 meter height)and second is yellow label usually daley used, dwarf avocado wurtz (2 to 4 meter height). I contacted them, and they said that avocado wurtz is a semi dwarf, and it will not grow… Read more
10 meter in my climate. I am very dissapointed with this explanation. I want to buy dwarf not semi dwarf. I can buy semidwarf at bunning cheaper than daley. Beware with this nursery, i think they just change label as they like.
