fast easy transfers, but support needs to improve – System always down, Support never answer If there is an issue they do not notify you look for an alternative

Reasonable platform to remit to Gcash users – Reasonable exchange rates but fees are negative when only max. A$500- can be sent in one remittance. Response on "Chat Line" is non-existent, terrible customer service when required when problems arise.

Not as good as what you think – If your account is suspended for compliance inspection. Wouldn't you think there would be a safe guard to prevent more funds from being untouchable until some expert decides removing suspension
