a contact was met with blaming me and I need to prove the money was sent. They know that had the money but wanted me send a copy of my bank statement.... Bank statements at my bank are only produced every 6 months. Basically, they stole my money, and they know it.

take the matter seriously. Eventually, they denied receiving the money at all. Despite my repeated efforts to resolve the issue, the service provider has failed to deliver, which is unacceptable. I have now formally lodged complaints with several Australian government agencies, including the ACCC, seeking further assistance and resolution.
Horrible service – Do NOT use this service!!! They took our money and their app said 3 to 5 days for remittance. After 5 days still no money. Contacted customer service and they said that after review the money was sent back to us and it would take another 3 to 5 days before we would receive it.
