Our builder thinks that filling up a gap near the roof with silicone (that happened after the Matrix board Sprung out ) is acceptable on a $800,000 home. These are just some examples of many more problems we had.

Forget it / don't do it/ dodgy work ethics, do not trust – I take writing a bad review very seriously, our lives have been a nightmare. Work was performed without our knowledge or consent, contract was not followed, we did not sign variation forms for the work that we did not know about. Locked out by [name removed].
