Then this [Name Removed] took over, she just googles properties that I can better google and sends them to me, does not bother if it matches my criteria or not. She did not hold a single meeting with me. I am begging for my refund, no one cares, I have emailed them, called them, requested, begged, no reply to my emails or phone calls. So many people have changed in the mean time, Now, we are stuck with [Name Removed] and is a special one, she is super busy even to read my whats app text and does not return my email/call/whatsapp calls.

Please don't steal our hard earned money. Please please please refund if no one is interested to do anything. I wish I could give -100 as the rating for all the trouble and trauma these people have caused me through these months. At first, my initial talk with the DDP team member seemed positive. They appeared helpful and knowledgeable about real estate. However, everything changed once we signed the working contract with them as my buyer's agent. The good customer service we had experienced disappeared, and we were left confused and unsure of what to do next.

The main problem was poor communication. Responsibilities were kept changing in the hands of 4-5 different team members, and we were never informed about who was responsible for what. Each time we got a new team member to support us, we had to explain our situation all over again and ask, "Are you the person I'm supposed to talk to now?" This constant confusion made the entire process very frustrating.

As clients who relied on DDP for help with our investment, we expected a smooth experience after paying for their buyer's agent service fees. Instead, we spent a lot of time chasing them for updates and help. At one point, my wife and I wondered if we had been scammed. Thankfully, after a lot of effort on our part, we finally able to buy a small property in Melbourne. However, the whole process left us feeling more defeated than proud.

In short, I cannot recommend DDP Property if you want an easy and efficient property-buying experience. Their disorganisation and lack of clear communication made what should have been an exciting journey very stressful. Save your time and money—look for a buyer's agent who will truly care about your needs and ensure a better experience.

Very poor service – Very poor service, lack of communication, lack of understanding criteria, lack of response in adequate time frames. Complaints lodged. Wasted so much time, energy and money with this company and can only advise to try one of the more professional services available

$7,000 Double-Charged – Still No Refund – DDP Property charged my SMSF $7,000 twice in April 2023 (buyer’s agent fee at purchase of a property in WA). Despite repeated requests and formal letters of demand in 2025, they still haven’t refunded the money or resolved the issue. Over a year later, no accountability, no resolution.
