Amazing customer service - above and beyond.
We are building our own place and the Decor Blinds and Curtains consultant has worked with us closely. She has understood when we have had delays with the builders. She has gone out to our property numerous times to get the measurements and has worked with us to prioritise putting in the order for our shutters first as they have a greater lead time. Cannot recommend them enough.

Superior Service from start to finish.
Wanted to support a family company who makes products in Western Australia.
Sarah my Sales consultant was so patient, professional and down to earth.
The instillation was prompt and the product (vertical blinds) are perfect..
Can’t wait for my curtains and pelmets to arrive soon.
Throughly recommend this company and always support a Western Australian company.

Very disappointed
It took almost 3 months from order to installation. The measurements were wrong (8-9 inches either side). So with Christmas & holidays it took another 3 weeks to rectify. Then the track was still too small. Smaller than the 1st track. Finally 3rd time lucky ( I guess) they are in & now perfect. I had not one apology from head office for all the delays & inconvenience. Unfortunately I have a few more windows that need doing but I will not use this company again nor will I recommend them. The installer was fabulous & very patient through the whole ordeal.

Fabulous work!
We would like to say a big thank you to decor blinds and curtains. The choosing process was so lovely and easy with Helen from the Osborne park store as she made us feel very welcome and was very informative.
Our only let down was the additional couple of weeks wait due to not being able to get one of the fabrics in time but the end result has just made our home feel so much more cosy and elegant.
Jake installed curtains with pride and care and done an excellent job , showing up on time getting the job done

We like to support local, family owned businesses and for that reason we went to Decor and ordered 3 sets of shutters and a set of wooden mini blinds for a sliding door in our bedroom. Subsequently, we finalised a bedroom renovation that cancelled the need for the sliding door treatment. After two weeks of non-response from the Décor agent, I went to the store only to find out that my salesman had quit and no one was receiving his messages or answering his phone. ... Read moreare constructed last, and they had not yet been started, cancelling that portion of the order was not a problem. When the order was ready for delivery however, they intended to charge me for these blinds claiming I should have gotten their word in writing via a new contract, and that I would be responsible for paying the entire amount. After several back and forth communications, Décor agreed to a nominally reduced amount. Despite several requests, they refused to itemise the retail amount of the subject blinds, their cost of the subject blinds or the installation portion for those blinds. They also refused to have the installer bring them for me to see that they had actually been made. The cost is reasonable, quality of the material is OK, and the installation was very good but for our next order we will definitely be going somewhere else. Hopefully with a company whose word is meaningful.

... Read more all, the blinds were NOT constructed at the time of cancellation. I was verbally told by the two employees in your store that I was lucky to have made this change before the blinds were completed. This was after two weeks of trying to make the cancellation to no avail because your sales representative who measured the job had quit and apparently no one was checking his messages. Later, after the other work was completed, you informed me that you knew nothing about my cancellation, that it was now too late, and that I should have gotten the verbal promise in writing! Hence the title of my review. You refused to let me know how much that cancelled blind actually cost or the portion of that cost attributable to the installation. Contrary to your claim above, YOU REFUSED A TRANSPARENT BREAKDOWN OF THE COST AND DID NOT REMOVE THE COST OF THE ITEM. You did however promise not to re-sell this item but refused to have the installer bring it so I could at least have some proof that it was actually made. I felt this was the least you could have done since I paid (despite the meagre “goodwill” discount) for your internal error with nothing to show for it. Your photo of a tag with my name on it was your attempt to resolve the matter.
Perfection from all aspects of this company
Tried others over the years and Been disappointed so I thought I would try Decor Blinds and Curtains . I have been so impressed with the customer service . From the receptionist to the fitter. I can not fault the quality across every thing and now am thinking of changing over the rest of the house

Perfect fit
We needed a blockout blind for our kitchen window and even tho it was a small job it was done quickly and efficiently.
The service we received was excellent. Susan understood exactly what we needed . She was friendly and prompt with our enquiry .

Family business that is easy to deal with
We found DBC to be easy to deal with throughout the purchase of our five blinds. Always taking note our details needs and thus making sure the final product was perfect, which it was.
The installer was most impressive and knowledgeable.
In summary: Excellent product, value for money and easy to deal with. Would happily buy again from DBC

Wonderful service and an excellent product
We have used Decor Blinds & Curtains on two occasions now for block out curtains, sheer curtains and venetian blinds. Both times, Joel came out to our home for the measure and quote. We found him to be very friendly and polite- his product know-how is exceptional and he was very helpful in helping us choose the right product, fabric and colour each time. It was very important to us that the curtains and blinds were made in WA and we are extremely happy with the end result. The installers both times did a great job. The quality of the end product is fantastic and they look amazing. The process was very easy and straight forward from the initial phone call to install. We would definitely recommend Decor to our friends and family.
