refund if returned within 30 days as you need to trial the mattress properly. Emails to e-living furniture office where hacked & a scam reply requesting credit card details was received - they don't know how this happened. Their guarantee wording is clearly designed to mislead. Have reported to Consumer Affairs but be warned !!!

absolutely shocking. The couriers you chose is awful. Non responsive/ no care. I read up on their ratings and it’s terrible as they just leave the items at their warehouse for weeks. Yet, you still use this courier.

I was going to buy more bedroom items for my bedroom but after this experience, I will not be anytime soon.

As an example, I ordered sorting from China a day after I ordered the mattress. I’ve got those items and still nothing from you guys which is in VIC. Pretty average.

picked up for delivery it has made an attempted delivery to the wrong address is a completely different suburb and now it has been sitting at the depot in that town. I contacted the delivery company and they stated that the consumer had provided them with the wrong address and after trying to contact them multiple times to correct the issue they have not been able to contact anyone. I have tried contacting lifely as well and same result. The fact that I have received a “review of purchase” is a clear indication that I should of had my order should be well and truely delivered. I am 39 weeks pregnant and due to have a baby any day now hence why I ordered this mattress over a month ago to allow for enough time. I have ordered from this company before and loved my mattress that’s why I ordered another one. At this stage I will not be recommending anyone to purchase for this company. I’m extremely disappointed and expected a better outcome.

Upon receiving the mattress within 3 days of ordering it, I was very pleasantly surprised when I unboxed it.

We have 3 other of these “in a box” mattresses in the house, and I felt the material, support and overall comfort level was on par with, or even higher, than others that I’d paid twice the price for.

In all, very happy with the purchase and will purchase more of these kind when replacing our others without hesitation.

My only small gripe is the plastic wrap was a little hard to take off; part of the seam of the mattress was squished a bit in the plastic, and as a result copped a nick from the razor opener they provided. Bit annoying, but my fault more than anything, however I think that could be slightly improved.

Overall, delighted with the purchase, and importantly my son loves it!

The only mattress which allows me to walk in the morning after sleeping – My daughter bought this mattress last year. When she was stuck interstate with lockdowns, I slept on it one night, and I continued sleeping in her bed for 6 months. Xmas so I had to go back to my own bed (a well known brand queen innerspring ensemble). Ever since then, I wake in pain during the night rolling over, have difficulty getting out of bed in the morning and back pain so bad I can hardly walk for around 30 minutes. She’s gone interstate again and so last night I snuck back in her bed, had a great nights sleep and could walk this morning.

I do agree that the queen size is smaller than it should be, but that’s the only negative review I agree with.

I just wish I could afford one of my own as she’s coming back home for good soon.

The mattress has held up really well too. If I could wish for one thing, it would be that the mattress were just a touch softer more like a cloud, but I’m thinking that their other range - plush mattress - will maybe fit my preference a little more. Do not buy – I read the reviews on this mattress and had really high hopes but it’s horrible. It’s so hard it’s ridiculous. Terrible. Terrible – Waited over 3 weeks for delivery. Contacted Lifely with slow responses. I was forced to purchase another mattress as I couldn't go without any longer. Ignored when requested refund. Issue still unresolved.

No good in the long term – I really don’t understand how this mattress has such good reviews. I’m assuming people are writing their reviews not long after purchase. I found it very comfortable for the first 6 months but 18 months later it’s sagging in the middle. The memory foam is no longer doing its job. Good price for a quality mattress – Mattress is as described. It is firm but very comfortable. Although carrying it in was very heavy and the delivery option was not the best. You can’t choose times and dates. Other than that a fantastic bed which is a cheaper option than Ecosa or Koala

mattress. Initially I thought it may be too soft when we first opened it but once it has the recommended 72 hours to fully take shape, it actually feels firmer but is still a lovely plush feel. We are very hapoy with it. I feel that it will also be durable as it is supportive as well as soft.

it's firm (for my back) and love that it is hypoallergenic (I have eczema). I can't recommend this bed enough and it's definitely replacing my Sealy mattress.

Trial experience – I haven't had the deep dream mattress for too long and still trialing it , the quality is very good . I might of bought the wrong firmness level maybe as im finding it bit too firm .
