Please Avoid as they have abandoned the build and not paid subcontractors – Please don’t sign any contracts with this company. Along with us they have abandoned several new building contracts in ACT. We have also discovered that both directors have been declared bankrupt and the the company Delta Design and Constructions has not paid several subcontractors in relation to our build, and that the company owes many of its suppliers so appears to be insolvent. Please don't go with them – They are the worst builder I've ever encountered. They built the house incorrectly, failed to comply with the deadlines, using low quality standard items and to the worst they took your money and never came back. So think twice before you engage them or you will end up spending more fixing things up yourself. It costs you emotionally as well. Trust me or you are more than welcome to experience it yourself in reality. Show details
