Perfect cleaning company – Had unit carpet cleaned which had been rented 6 years. Sam did an amazing job, steam cleaned, deodorised and sanitised a very grubby carpet. Look no further! – They went above and beyond. Very professional, fast and efficient. Will definitely be using them again. Worth every dollar. Our couch looks better than the first day we got it. What a difference. I got a number of quotes and not only were they the best but their prices were on point.

Bad job - unprofessional carpet wetters not cleaners! – They agreed and quoted to clean out rug, one room and a leather suite (I provided details of the type of leather). The person arrived, came in and said he didn’t want to do the lounge. He spent 20mins on carpet and rug and was gone. Rug looks slightly cleaner. He didn’t even use a stain remover on the carpet. Unprofessional from start to finish and wouldn’t waste my money with them. Beware.

DO NOT USE – Worst carpet cleaning service ever. I would highly recommend you go elsewhere. They did a terrible job with our carpet and when we called to ask them to come back they would not. When I called customer service they were rude and hung up on me. Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money go to Bunnings and do it yourself – Only gave 1 star as it didn't allow zero.. $162 later and less than 50 minutes for 5 rooms and 2 rugs and hes gone and so my $162 and carpets looked untouched. Fantastic job done – Will only ever use this company from now on. All my needs met, service was great and staff were friendly and efficient. 100% satisfied. I highly recommend them. My carpet and leather lounges have never looked so good.

Clean carpet & rugs – I am very satisfied with the results - my carpet is 25 years old and I was surprised it came up looking good. I also had some rugs cleaned and they look fabulous! The boys were polite, turned up at the agreed time and got right into it. I highly recommend Delux.

Worst experience ever!!! never again – Guy calls way before he is supposed to so I had to rush. puts it stupidly on top of my dining room table and now my beautiful glass dining table is tilted, he tilted the friggin metal with his stupidity and I'm so depressed as i really loved that table and was having a bad day. Which idiot actually moves heavy glass on to a table with 1 leg in the middle. SO majorly disappointed and no stain difference on carpets to be honest. All that I felt was more water and more chemical smell in carpets and no difference. Never again, do not use them. So expensive for a poor job.

No issues with them for us – We only paid $68 and they did the carpet clean we expected. They were reliable calling 30 minutes before arriving. Yes they try to upsell but we stuck with the original quote ( can’t blame them for trying but don’t budge from your first quote). The job was quick and the carpet is now clean.

Second time I’ve used them and couldn’t be happier – I don’t know where all the negative comments are coming from but we’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience with this company. I used them 3 years ago and I was pleased. I used them again today, gentleman was on time and got my carpets nice. Even gum was removed. Retail shop carpet with heaps of traffic and it looks and smells like new now. A+++++

Incompetent – After hours removing furniture waiting for them to come, the technician could not ffind parking so he left without telling me anything. Called the office sending them photo proof that there was plenty of parking, they couldnt care less, no help no assistance. Incompetent business peoples.

12 hour we are feeling like we r setting in a swimming pool. Carpet is so wet we can't even walk on it. STRONGLY ADVISED DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

Rude and not helpful – Asked for a basic cleaning job, fella came and was extremely rude. Said he couldn't do it and quoted me another price for something I didn't ask for. Really not helpful, would never recommend or use these guys again.

Overpriced, poor quality – Do not use this company. Charged for an extra 10 square meters that didn't exist and the job is average at best. You will be charged more than quoted and when you try and argue the point with them you will get no where.

They threatened me when I questioned their work – They first quoted $68 over the phone, on arrival they then explained to my wife that the rug required a commercial clean at a cost of $250! unprofessional - He disposed the waste in my kitchen sink and garden. In horror - Details of my credit card were recorded on his phone - they don't have a mobile credit card device. No point paying for this "steam clean"- it wasn't that great. You are better off cleaning it yourself than put up with the attitude of the technician.

Excellent carpet cleaning Job – Honest advise, very polite carpet cleaning technician, excellent job. Very happy with this company. Definitely will use again and also recommend to my friends and family. Technician called me 30 to 45 minutes before arriving. stain where he was pumping he chemical and went over carpets quickly did not pre vacuum, and when he sprayed the chemicals on the floor he rubbed them in with his work boots. Took all of 15 minutes. This company should not be allowed to operate like this.

I for one am going to fair trading to have this company held accountable for poor workmanship and changing prices when they arrive.

Prompt, efficient & friendly – Cleaner arrived on time - especially on a Friday afternoon! Was friendly & polite, went through my home thoroughly prior to starting to look at any stains etc. My carpets look great - will definitely recommend & use again!

Worst Job Ever. Carpet Looks Aweful – Forget about complaining these guys would have to be one of the worst if not the worst. First they, whipped through the house. doing only half a job , the carpet looked better when it was dirty. The negative reviews reflect the business , there arrogant attitudes. Forget about complaining it does not help. There argumentative & dishonest. Your better of avoiding this company.
