This pillow has been a game changer. I usually get neck pain because pillows don't have good neck support. This pillow has amazing neck support as well as back support and it's cool and super comfy. Wish I had found this product sooner. Show reply

The pillows themselves are comfortable and I like how you can adjust the height of them with the inserts. Once you have a pillow case on the cooling effect is not really noticeable. Without the pillow case they are nice and cool, but not very aesthetic. Show reply

I’ve found the pillow to be very comfortable. I’m no longer waking with a sore neck and shoulders. I find it somewhat cooling, but nothing extraordinary. Overall I am very happy with it. I really love the pillow. Show reply

you aren't constantly flipping the pillow over looking for a cold spot in the middle of the night.

- You can change the height: This is a massive plus. Usually, buying a memory foam pillow is a gamble because you don't know if it'll be too high or too flat. Being able to adjust the height meant I could tweak it until it perfectly fit how I sleep.

- Great support: It has a really nice, supportive feel. It shapes to your neck and head nicely, giving you that comfortable, weightless feeling without waking up with a stiff neck.

- No weird smell: A lot of foam pillows smell like a chemical factory when you open them, but this one was fine right out of the box.

It’s definitely on the pricier side, but if you’re a hot sleeper who is tired of wasting money on pillows that don't fit quite right, this one is absolutely worth it.

Unfortunately this pillow is the opposite of cooling - it heats me up and makes sleep very difficult. Added to that, it hasn’t helped my neck pain at all and I just don’t find it a comfortable fit for me, and it causes me to snore when I don’t usually. Show details

It’s a nice pillow, but the price is disproportionate to other Ecosa products. We bought one $32 Kmart cooling gel pad memory foam pillow and one of these, to compare before buying the rest of our pillows for our new house. The Ecosa one is okay, but it’s nothing special. I don’t have any issues with it, but I wouldn’t buy another one. The price just doesn’t match the value.

Pillow arrived very quickly. It fits my side sleeping style very well, I love the cooling aspect add on as I tend to get very hot during my sleep. Unfortunately I can’t rate it 5 stars as a product due to after 2 days of use, the pillow case started fraying and strands of threads are all over. Team has reached back to me and after trimming off the balls of fibres, it is a little better.

And if I was to want a replacement pillow case, it will be a 2 month wait, hence making me just keep my existing defect one.

The Ecosa cooling pillow is a hands down winner. I purchased two of them a month ago and my wife and I love them. They are adjustable to suit your personal preference and they really do feel cool to sleep on. Good product, cooling is noticable, but not perm. Would not suggesting upgrading from the standard version to this, but would opt for this version over the standard version if you're new to the brand. Show details ·  1

I have a protruding cervical disc issue where it can impact the nerve and cause awful neck pain and muscle and shoulder stiffness. This pillow helps immensely by providing the correct support needed when I sleep. Show details ·  1

comfortably now. It also doesn’t go flat easily, which makes it feel reliable night after night. Overall, it’s made a real difference to my sleep and I’d happily recommend it.

night was instant relief. I did have to get used to not sleeping in funny positions, but once i was lying properly it was even better. When i had any questions the customer care team was very helpful and responsive.

This is the best pillow I’ve had in 63 years!! I’ve struggled to be comfortable with all sorts of expensive and cheap pillows over the years. I feel like I’ve hit the jackpot with this one. It is so supportive whilst remaining soft and comfortable. I have had a spinal fusion and neck fractures. Since purchasing this pillow, I drift off to sleep much easier. So good, I am sleeping waaay better than on my old pillow and no more neck pain. The perfect combination of structured shape and soft squish. My partner and I both got one, he is a side / back sleeper and I am a side / front sleeper and we're both really happy with it. As for cooling, it's not bad, the only downside is that you can't flip it over to the cool side as it's a one way situation. Show reply

Having broad shoulders, the Ecosa Cooling Pillow with included adjustable height inserts has been an absolute godsend. I normally need two pillows (but then struggle to get the right thickness between them), but now sleep on just the one at the perfect height, which provides great support for my neck, and has the added benefit of the cooling function (the constant feeling of a freshly flipped cool pillow). The cooling material works as advertised — noticeably cool to the touch. The height adjustment pads are a neat customisation feature, though they're best kept enclosed within the zip cover rather than left outside the pillow inside the pillowcase, where they tend to shift around. Show details ·  1

This pillow replaced an older Ecosa pillow and I was pleased that it was cooler to sleep on than the old pillow, especially on a warm summer's night with a lot of humidity around. I purchased the Cooling Pillow Overlay at the same time and it too was noticeably cooler to sleep on than just the Cooling Pillow by itself. I would recommend both products. Show reply
