Called at 5 and was given an inactive number for the driver. Finally received a call from driver to say we would be the last job for the day and it will take them another 2 hours to arrive! Absolutely disappointed given the price we paid!

High quality and excellent services – Everything is perfect. We love the furnitures we bought. The show room is nice and comfortable. We like the girl Nikki who works at Supacenter, she is friendly and very skilled at her job. The delivery boys are awesome, we like them too.  Show reply

Awesome Stylish Furniture – We purchased both our bed and dining table in the Moore Park store. We chose the Super Centre as we were not sure exactly what we wanted and there are a lot of stores to choose from. After visiting a few other shops we went into De Rucci. We were guided through the selections available and we listened to advice on what to look for in a quality mattress. They told us "that even if we didn't buy a bed from them" it was important to be comfortable and supported by the mattress. We had tried several beds that day including some that were from known brands. Again, we were very impressed by the quality and comfort of the mattress from De Rucci. We also bought a doona and pillowcases which are perfect. The doona is soooo light and warm and once again the quality is obvious.

Our dining table and chairs are also very stylish and extremely comfortable. The quality is once again, superb. We chose it as it fits the room perfectly and suited our own style. The combination of Leather, timber and marble looks luxurious and it looks even better in our house. Once again the staff, Judy and Yun, gave us expert advice and superb service. They really looked after us well every time we went into the store.

Our dining setting and bed and bedside tables were delivered last week. The delivery was on time and the delivery men installed our new furniture and cleaned up the packaging.

To sum up, we are extremely impressed with De Rucci. We would highly recommend this store to anyone wanting to purchase great quality furniture. The staff are friendly and professional. They go out of their way to ensure you get what you want. The time between purchasing the bed until it arrived in Sydney was about 10 weeks which gave us the time we needed to complete our renovations. Thanks again to Judy and Yun for their help and friendly advice. If we had to sum up our experience with De Rucci we would say..... PERFECT!

Best bedroom to come back home to. Style and comfort – Purchased bed frame, beside cabinet and bedroom manchester. Wonderful customer service going out of her (Judy @ Moore Park) way to make sure I am looked after and happy and comfortable with my purchase. I absolutely love my new bedroom and it is an absolute dream to be resting in style and comfort
