them. When I told them this wasn't the case they said there was nothing I could do as apparently their company does not care about compliants. Unbelievable!

manager, insisted my parents must either take the original item or lose their money.

This is not only unprofessional, it’s flat-out dishonest. It shows a complete lack of integrity, and it’s shocking that a company operating in Australia thinks it can treat customers like this and ignore basic consumer rights.

If you value your money, time, or dignity as a customer — stay far away from De Rucci, especially the Logan location. They will happily take your deposit and trap you with it.

Please everyone refrain from dealing with them as you could be the next victim.

one of the staff was very rude, had his shirt off, sweating everywhere on the furniture we bought, confused our furniture with someone else’s, then instead of putting the furniture on the floor he fully dropped it to break and took it apart to fix it instead of a refund, (as well as bleeding everywhere, had blood everywhere in the house.) it was impolite and disrespectful and I’m very disappointed on how I’ve received my stuff.

Store under pays staff – partner applied for a job, got it was told had to work for free for 2weeks. Then they set a 30k per month sales target and threaten to sack staff if they don't meet it. Avoid this place they don't deserve your cash.

Terrible QLD outlet customer services – The range of product looks astonishing . The salesman promised me will be delivered in 8-12 weeks. I made the purchase on 21-10-18 and paid in full. Never receive any notification or call follow up on delivery, Called the store on 17 Jan 19 all the salesman could say is will be ready in few weeks. I ask for actual date and expected date, but the salesman says can't be confirm. SO terrible.. How long do i need to wait again ?
